So go ahead and find a nice comfortable laying down position.

Preferably if you have headphones you can wear headphones or if you have some type of speakers you can place the speakers above your head so you can really feel the sounds equally on both sides.

And so how the sound session works is we'll begin by going through a bit of a guided meditation and then we'll go through a journey with the sound and at the end there'll be a pause of silence and then I will guide you out of the meditation.

So this full moon sound bath is dedicated to the full moon that we are in right now.

The full moon's in Capricorn and so with that it usually pushes us to put a little bit more effort into projects or work and sometimes when we do that we forget a little bit about our self-care.

So that's why the sound bath is super important to just connect with yourself,

Connect with your breath and to just surrender for about 30 minutes.

So in order to begin we'll take a deep breath in through your nose and then exhale sigh it out your mouth.

Letting it go,

Letting your muscles relax.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Then exhale sigh it out your mouth.

Letting your shoulders drop away from your ears.

Letting your body sink a little deeper into the surface that you're laying on.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Then exhale sigh it out your mouth.

Your body feel fully supported.

And now just return to a natural breath.

I'd like you to just pay attention to your breath.

Notice the air as it enters and exits your nostrils.

Notice the temperature of the air.

Notice where in your body that breath first goes to.

Notice the muscles that either expand or contract to aid in that breath going in and out.

Just take a few moments in silence to connect with your breath.

I'd like you now to bring your awareness to that space in the center of your chest,

That heart center.

And then I'd like you to take a deep breath in through your nose.

And I'd like you to tap into a time or a person or a place that brings you that feeling of absolute joy,

That unconditional love and gratitude that you feel in your body.

Of absolute joy,

Unconditional love and gratitude.

Beautiful feeling right in the center of your chest.

Picture whatever that is in your mind.

You can adjust the colors,

Adjust the sharpness of the image as you connect to that feeling of unconditional love.

Now I'd like you to imagine that feeling of love and gratitude flowing freely throughout your entire body.

Just as your heart circulates the blood around your body,

Allow your heart to circulate this feeling of unconditional love.

Feeling your entire body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Completely bathed in this beautiful feeling of gratitude and joy.

And I invite you now to set an intention for the session today.

It can be a picture that pops into your head,

A word or a sentence.

Whatever that is for you,

Take a moment to connect.

And once you've set your intention,

I invite you to let it go.

As you surrender to the sounds.

Like it to begin to gently bring your awareness back into your body.

Focusing on your breath.

Beginning again to notice the air as it enters and as it exits your nostrils and your lungs.

You don't need to change your breathing pattern,

Just notice.

Where in the body the breath expands into.

Where in the body the breath contracts as it exits.

You can begin now to deepen your breath a little bit more.

As you focus on the sensations of each breath.

While you're taking in a few deeper breaths,

I'd like you to envision in your mind's eye the entire space that you're in.

And I'd like you to see a beautiful sparkling cleansing white light filling the entire room that you're in.

Every corner,

Every small space filled with a sparkling white light.

Transforming any energy that shifted during the session today back to the source.

Back to the white light.

Now gently shifting your awareness to the soles of your feet.

I'd like you to envision roots growing out from the bottoms of your feet.

These roots traveling deep to the crust,

Beer.

The roots branch out to the crust of the earth,

Much like the roots of an old sturdy oak tree,

Helping you to feel grounded.

We need to feel safe,

Secure,

Helping you to feel connected to that grounding earth energy.

Take a few breaths here,

Focusing on those roots from deeper and deeper.

You need to feel more connected to your body,

To the present moment.

I invite you now to begin little micro movements,

Gently waking the body up maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Movements slowly work its way,

Your arms,

Your legs.

Slowly and gently mindfully waking the body back up.

If you have time you can stay in this nice relaxed state.

Or you need to get up.

Can slowly roll to one side,

Cradling your head and your arm.

Taking a pause here before you gently press yourself up to comfortable seated position.

Take your hands together in front of your heart center and maybe rub your palms together.

Activating those nerves,

Creating some warmth,

Again gently waking up the body,

Helping you feel more grounded.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

This full moon sound bath meditation.

I hope you have a lovely rest of your day.

Namaste.
