Let's begin by finding a nice comfortable laying down or seated position.

Making yourself comfortable with pillows and blankets.

We'll begin by taking a nice deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Letting your shoulders relax away from your ears.

Letting your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

This time holding at the top of the inhale.

And then exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Letting your body settle.

Letting your body relax.

Inhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Letting your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.

Letting your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.

Joy is gone.
