This was my 1st time finding and doing a SA TA NA MA mantra practice. I appreciate that you including the partnering hand mudra w instruction in the description. I was familiar with the mudra and combined with the mantra it resonated with me fully. It felt empowering and inspiring. I will certainly be returning to it and checking your other offerings. 🙏🏼

This is a more expedited version of Kirtan - I’m used to a 12 minute practice. It’s great if you are in a bit of a crunch for time and still want to get a good meditation in to start the day right!
