Welcome.
Let's begin by finding a posture that feels natural and supportive.
Allow your body to rest easily.
Let your hands settle and let this be a space where you don't have to try to improve anything.
You may gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and take a few deep,
Steady breaths.
Inhale fully and exhale slowly.
Again,
Inhale and release.
Now let your breath settle into its own rhythm.
There is no perfect way to breathe.
Just your breath right now.
We often carry a quiet pressure to get everything right,
To do more,
To be more.
Today,
We invite a different experience,
The permission to be whole even while unfinished.
Bring to mind a moment recently when you felt like you weren't enough.
It could be a small mistake,
A moment of doubt,
Or a time you felt like you fell short.
Notice how that moment feels in the body.
Is there tension,
Tightness,
Shame,
Or maybe self-judgment?
You don't have to fix it,
Just notice it with care.
Now bring a gentle hand to your heart or another comforting place.
Let your breath move into that area.
You might silently say to yourself,
It's okay to be human.
It's okay to be imperfect.
I am already enough.
Let these words wash through you,
Softening the edges.
Let the breath be a friend,
Grounding you in kindness.
Perfection isn't the goal.
Presence is.
Return to the breath.
Let yourself rest in being just as you are.
There's no one to impress,
Nothing to prove.
You are whole in this moment,
Exactly as you are.
Now slowly return your attention to the body and to the space around you.
Feel the steadiness of the ground,
The softness of your breath.
Take one final deep breath in and gently exhale.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes or lift your gaze.
Step into the rest of your day with the freedom to be imperfect and kind.
Thank you so much for your practice.
