Who Are You Santa Lucia? Story & Meditation

Reading and meditation from my new picture book "Who Are You, Santa Lucia?" For children & your inner child, this story is created to inspire and inform about this brave & kind young woman who lived in Sicily in the 12th century and is celebrated every December 13. We explore ways to be a force of good in this world and nourish hope in the midst of difficulty.
Closing meditation is a good way to introduce your child to meditation and soothe them into sleep. Music from Pond 5 by various artists.

I myself am from Sweden 🇸🇪 where it indeed is very dark during winter time, cold and snowy. ❄️
And we so long for Sankta Lucia to come to us on the 13th of December each year.

I myself have been Sankta Lucia several times in different choirs, where I sing mezzosoprano. And the song "Sankta Lucia" that you read in English, with the melody song in the background, is a song that I know by heart, singing it every year since I was a little girl.

This brought tears of joy in my eyes, because Sankta Lucia's message is filled with joy, kindness, warmth, light, and love!
