Before I begin with today's topic,
I want to start by thanking you so much for listening to this podcast.
We are well on our way to a year and a half into this podcast and I really didn't know what to expect or how it was going to go when I started.
The messages I get from listeners have been so uplifting and comforting and supportive.
I've gotten many messages from people who binge listen to the podcasts and I cannot thank you enough.
Beni Brown recently shared with Oprah that she felt like people had to,
How did she put it,
Earn the right to hear her story.
And Oprah thought that was so powerful and it just made me think about how I share my life and my journey with the Archangels and I really open up space for listeners to be able to receive and transform the information into their own lives so that you can grow and be better.
So again,
I thank you for listening.
I thank you for your kind words.
And if this information helps somebody through spiritual awakenings or hard times or just feeling alone in the world,
I am so grateful to do it.
So speaking of spiritual awakenings and such,
I want to talk today about spiritual awakenings and what's happening in the world.
The theme is the vibe.
Your vibe attracts your tribe and it's been on my mind so often lately about the energy that I put out.
I get back and so I've really been practicing being mindful on how I'm consciously creating my world.
So I have talked in other podcasts about me going through a lot of emotional ups and downs,
Difficulties and challenges.
Last year,
2017 was the year of me getting my mental health in order.
And we really,
You know,
Me and my therapist and my team and the people that I work with really dug deep.
And so coming into this new year,
2018,
I was really kind of burnt and exhausted,
But I had a lot of time for self reflection.
And what I realized was for so long,
I really had negative toxic people in my life.
And I'm a caregiver and I want to help and I'm a healer and earth angel and a light worker.
And really my passion and my joy is to be able to help others.
But sometimes it leaves me wide open to attract people who really just want to take advantage,
Whether they know it or not.
You know,
They're looking for somebody to fix them,
Save them,
Change them or make them better.
Now,
This is not my clients.
I've gotten really good at setting a really good container with the clients how that I attract,
But I wasn't being as cautious with the people I let in my life in intimate ways,
Whether it be family and friends or significant others.
And it was very eye opening coming into this year,
Realizing that I was carrying all this baggage for so many people.
And this is where the idea of your vibe attracts your tribe.
So you got to see the people in your life as your greatest teachers,
Seeing them as being a mirror for you as an opportunity to grow.
And with me being able to take a step back and really be mindful of how I was feeling,
I could see that there were so many things that were going on in my body that was that I was ignoring.
And so I started to invite in the girls,
The angels that I call the girls,
And it's a team of three called and their names are Archangel Ariel,
Archangel Honey L and Archangel Joe Fiel.
And I have talked about them in other podcasts,
But coming together,
They are like this beautiful force field of energy.
So to remind you,
Archangel Joe Fiel is the angel that helps to clear your space and beautify your thoughts.
Archangel Ariel is the angel who helps us with sole purpose and helps us with balance in our lives.
And Archangel Honey L is the angel of passion.
She ignites the fire within.
And when you're consciously creating positive experiences,
Better people in your lives,
What happens is the old starts to fall away.
But when you start cutting those cords,
The negative,
Difficult,
Challenging people who have been tied to you for long starts to they start to get angry and upset,
Argumentative,
Maybe even verbally and emotionally abusive because they can sense or feel your change.
And they like you the way they are,
Because you serve them in ways that they shine.
And so this could be with relationships with bosses and coworkers and significant others and children and parents and all levels of your family members.
And so,
You know,
I have this blessing being in the job that I am because I get to see patterns.
So the clients that come see me seem to be always theme related.
And I feel like I am on the other side of a one sided mirror so I can see in and a lot of humanity can't see out.
And so I really my intention with starting this podcast is to be able to share the patterns and the visions and the things that I see so that you can see it well yourself and grow from it.
So when I invite the girls in my life,
My intention is to raise my vibration.
And I should make clear that those people that in your life that may be negative and challenging and difficult.
A lot of times they're not even aware of their behavior or they're not even aware of how it's affecting you.
And this is why you as a sensitive being,
Maybe an empath,
Maybe you somebody who's intuitive,
Have to embrace the information that they're sharing with you in the lessons that you're learning from them,
Because they're really teaching you about your boundaries.
And of course,
How are you going to know what your boundaries are unless you're or less somebody's poking at them.
So when you invite in the girls,
What they do is they kind of create this energetic force field.
And one of the big ones right now that I see becoming present with so many,
Many clients is Archangel Jophiel.
And as I mentioned earlier,
She helps to clear your space and beautify your thoughts.
And what she's doing is energetically she's deep cleaning people's lives,
Especially the caregivers,
The healers,
The earth angels,
The light workers,
The heart based people of the world who are really in life purpose and sole mission jobs to be of service of others.
And because we have put our own needs aside for so long,
I can't even tell you myself included how many people are struggling with physical illness,
Aches and pains,
Challenges with growth and understanding where they are.
I can't even tell you.
You know,
I'm I'm in a career that is I'm really passionate about,
But I'm not going to lie.
There are points when I thought like,
What am I doing and where am I going with this and wanting more?
And what am I doing with my life?
Because it just seems like things go by so slow.
And I've learned to appreciate those times because those challenges and those fear moments and those frustrations gave me an opportunity to go within and really question what am I doing?
And I can't say how often meditation and relaxation and mindfulness is because the answers truly are within.
This is how archangels and God's energy and all these beautiful beings of light connect with you.
You know,
When I say to a client,
Well,
I see this picture or I see that it's not something that I'm physically seeing.
But what it is,
Is it's impressions of memories on my mind.
And so I'll get impressions of memories of clients energy or when I'm sitting in meditation,
I'll get it for myself.
So when you get these images and you get these thoughts and these ideas and you're inviting these angels into your life,
There are messages for you.
But so many of us discount it.
And so many of us have been working on attracting and changing the vibration of what's in our life.
And so the best thing that I've learned to do is every time I have a positive experience,
Every time I'm around people that I enjoy,
Every time I'm having an experience that I want more of,
I pause,
I really embrace the feeling and the emotion and say God or angels bring me more of this in my life or something even better.
And really,
This is the work of Jophiel helping you to be mindful of what you are enjoying.
Because it's law of attraction when you are putting out the negative and the worries and the fears,
What's going to happen is you're going to boomerang that energy right back and it's going to keep coming over and over again.
And so many people are in this spiritual awakening.
And I have to say a spiritual awakening most likely is not unicorns and rainbows.
It comes with challenges because your whole life has to change and you start seeing things that you didn't necessarily see before.
This is why having this archangel energy in my life and this gift of this high unconditional love God vibration has been such a blessing in my life because my life has been topsy turvy,
It's been twisted around,
I can't even tell you how many times,
Just when I thought things were going to go neutral,
Something else happened.
But I have to say every single time I've become energetically stronger and stronger and I've learned from it.
Now I have to say my past is of someone who struggled with self esteem and worth and value and to see these situations now and really grow from them is very uplifting and power and empowering.
But I have to say I didn't do it on my own.
I always invited in the archangel energy.
I always ask God for assistance to open the doors for me.
I asked him to send people,
Places,
Things,
Ideas in my life that could assist me on my journey.
And I have to say,
Even now as I have gotten a grip on my past and my childhood and my mental health,
I am now moving into the phase of physical health and between physical therapy for my lower back and strengthening exercises and muscle manipulation and really taking care of my body.
Again,
I feel like there's more coming up to the surface.
And so this is what's going to happen when you make the initiative to change your life for the better.
People places,
Things and ideas are going to come and go.
And instead of again,
Falling back into that space of this is what I did or the self esteem stuff like here I am again,
Give yourself an opportunity to learn from it.
And by inviting Archangel Ariel in your life,
She can really make it clear the direction to go into.
She is phenomenal with life purpose and shining a light on your gifts and your talents and your beautiful energy that you're putting out there.
And again,
It feels good.
And then we have Archangel Haniel,
Right?
And so she invokes passion.
So I love the work that I do.
I help other people,
Whether it's intuitively helping them connect with their loved ones,
Helping them with life purpose and soul mission stuff.
But I'm always working with the girls to be able to help people in this space.
And I find that not everybody's work brings them that sense of passion.
And so not everybody is destined or meant to have this work life,
That maybe what they're passionate about it,
Maybe their life purpose.
But a lot of times what happens is people create or energetically attract these jobs that will give them the time off,
The vacation time,
The time off,
The pay,
The freedom to be able to do these other things.
So if you were in a job right now,
Giving yourself an opportunity to really appreciate the space that you're in and when you get that paycheck or you get that vacation,
Acknowledge universe angels,
Bring me more of this in my life or something even better.
I really want to stress how we can take an active role into the type of energy that we're creating in our lives.
Now I have to say being a triple cancer,
I'm all feeling an emotion,
But I find that that's the thread to pull when you're feeling good or when you're having a moment or an experience that you're really enjoying.
Being able to say universe,
God,
Angels,
Bring me more of this into my life or something even better.
And what happens is the only amount of time before that energy boomerangs out and back to you so you can be a conscious creator and that's where your vibe attracts your tribe.
So when I have these phenomenal clients coming into my office and they've got amazing ideas and they're going out and they're taking incredible action and they're changing their lives and the lives of people around them,
I pause for a moment and say,
God or angels,
Bring me more of these people in my life or something even better.
If somebody lets me go at a stop sign,
I'll say,
Angels,
Send me more helpful people like that in my life or something even better.
And so the more I work on the self care and the self love,
The more I work in the place of gentleness and ease,
The more I'm open to receiving the idea of passion and joy and depth of my love vibration for myself and others.
And it really starts with Archangel Jophiel and clearing your space.
A lot of times what happens is when you're inside is messy,
Whether it's thoughts and crazy emotions and too many have tos and shoulds,
What happens is your external life becomes messy.
So for a very,
Very long time I had just resigned to the fact that mess just is attracted to me.
So my car would be messy,
My room would be messy,
My office would be messy,
But it made me realize how much of a scattered emotion and energy was going on inside of me,
Worries and fears and hows and whens and what ifs.
And so giving myself an opportunity to pause and really embrace this angelic energy and give them permission to come into my life because it gets to a point when you're like,
God,
I can't do it anymore.
I'm overwhelmed and I give up.
That's the point when this divine energy enters your life.
Remember they abide by the law of free will so they can't intervene in your life unless you're asking.
So I started to create this environment,
This environment all around me that showed me what I want in my life.
And I have to say,
I'm really mindful of,
You know,
When my spaces get messy,
Pausing and giving myself time to clean it out.
And so I started to make adjustments in my life.
So on my closet doors in my bedroom,
I have printed out some female entrepreneurs and successful women that I admire,
I enjoy and I appreciate.
So some of the women up of the pictures that I put are Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift.
I have Maya Angelou up there.
I have Mel Robbins,
Who is an incredible inspirational speaker.
I also have E.
L.
James,
The writer of the Fifty Shades books.
And each one of those people embody some aspect or some piece of what they're doing.
I also have,
I can't forget Jennifer Lopez.
She's another one thinking about all the projects that she has going on.
And there's a common theme within all of them.
They all have a great support system.
They're all entrepreneurial.
They're all passionate about what they do.
And so when I wake up in the morning,
I see those women and I'm like,
Yeah,
That's the energy of my team.
God,
Bring me more people like that in my life or something even better.
And then I get out of bed and YouTube is phenomenal.
So I have the red YouTube subscription.
I really enjoy being able to listen to it without commercials.
And I have created these playlists.
So I have one playlist that's spiritual in nature.
So I have songs like How Great Thou Art and I Believe and Me and God and their country singers,
Their gospel singers.
I've definitely got Elvis Presley on there.
I've got John Legend singing and Carrie Underwood,
Lee Ann Rhimes.
Like I just found these spiritual songs that they sing that aren't necessarily church songs,
But are very spiritual in nature and uplifting.
And so when I'm feeling when I'm in the spaces of being worried or have fears or not really sure,
I turn that on and I just listen to them and I just invite God into my life.
And that's my church every day.
I'm surrounded by that.
And then if I'm feeling like I'm struggling with the love part for myself and I have a pot,
I have a playlist that's all love songs.
There's country loves love songs,
There's R&B love songs.
There's love songs from the 60s,
The 70s,
The 80s.
And I just listen to them over and over again.
And every time I get those feelings into that song instead of thinking,
Oh,
I wish I had that or oh,
You know,
I want this in my life and really focus on the vibe of the lack in my life,
I really let it fill me and saying,
God,
Bring me more of that in my life.
You know,
Unfortunately,
My boyfriend and I are on opposite schedules right now.
So we don't get a lot of time together.
So it's easy for me to go there and think of poor me and the stinks and I don't like this,
But what's going to happen is I'm going to create more of that.
So when I go in and I'm feeling like,
Oh,
I really need my guy and he's working or I'm really working,
I go in and listen to those songs and it just fills me up and I remember,
I remember our times together and how much fun we're having.
And then when we are together,
I really ask the universe,
God,
Bring us more time like this or something even better.
And then I also have a playlist that's motivational.
So I have Eminem on my playlist.
I have Alicia Keys.
I have Katy Perry.
I have Sara Bareilles.
I have all these inspirational songs that really empower and uplift.
And another part of YouTube is they have phenomenal affirmations.
So if I'm struggling with money,
I'll put on affirmations for wealth or if I'm struggling with the idea of confidence,
I've got really some really big projects coming up and I'm putting myself out there in big ways and it opens me up to all different kinds of people,
All different kinds of thoughts and ideas from people.
You should this,
You should that.
And I have to really stay grounded and focused.
So you know,
When I'm feeling those spaces,
I go in and listen to those affirmations and let them fill every cell of my body.
So I am actively changing my vibration and I have to say my entire life I've been surrounded by people who've taken advantage of me,
Who were hurting me energetically,
Verbally and emotionally abusive.
But the thing is I didn't know that that was happening because I didn't know.
I wasn't aware.
I was very naive in a space of,
I didn't know I could leave those situations.
I didn't know it was happening to me,
But in the space that I am in now,
I want to share that with you.
If you are around people who are disappointing you and hurting you,
Oprah says it,
Joel Osteen says it,
Steve Harvey says it.
So many people say all these life coaches,
They're saying that the negative people will keep you so far from where you need to be.
Now,
This doesn't mean you have to call everybody and say,
You know,
Your energy no longer serves me anymore,
So you can't be in my life.
But what you can do is start focusing on the things that you want to do.
Everything else is a distraction.
TV can be a distraction.
Social media can be a distraction.
Getting caught up in other people's problems can be a distraction.
So I really want you to just be mindful of where you're spending your time and what you really want to be doing.
If you've been putting off writing that book,
If you've been putting off starting your own podcast,
You know,
People need more information and the knowledge and wisdom that you have can benefit so many people.
If you've been wanting to draw or paint,
Start doing those things,
Start creating time and that what will happen is,
And then when you give yourself permission to sit in it and say,
God,
This feels really good.
I want more time like this with friends or I want to have more experiences like this or I want to have more vacations like this or something even better.
What's going to happen is you're going to radiate that energy out and it's going to come back over time.
But through that process,
You're really going to have to start setting your boundaries and saying,
No,
Thank you.
Not right now.
Let me check my schedule.
Let me get back to you.
All those things is those those words to be able to put that energy out for a little bit.
And what's going to happen is you're going to teach them.
I have to say I was one of those people at him in a moment in time.
I was the one who just monopolized people's energy and expected them to fix me and save me and change me,
Make me better.
So we're no better or worse,
But we move through these spaces.
So give yourself an opportunity to sit with how you're feeling,
What's going on in your life and really invite the girls in your life.
Ariel,
Jofi,
Al and honey,
Al,
Especially if your mind is cluttered with negative thinking,
Self-esteem stuff worth worth and value stuff because she will come in and do a deep cleaning.
And then what happens is you can start cleaning your external environment,
You know,
Put your clothes away,
Get rid of things that you don't necessarily need anymore.
Simplify your life,
But give yourself inspired actions.
So it doesn't,
I don't want you to get overwhelmed with,
Oh my God,
There's too much.
I don't know where to begin.
Just begin with yourself.
Just begin being aware.
Give yourself a week of just being aware of how you're feeling.
Set a phone alarm and saying,
Check in with yourself.
How are you feeling?
Oh good.
Bring me more of this or something even better.
If you get out and get fresh air,
It's those minor things that you start to appreciate.
This is where gratitude comes in and to play.
And what happens is we don't really realize the benefits of gratitude and positive affirmations and putting that positive energy,
Inviting the angels in your life.
You don't really realize the benefits until you are actually in it.
So I encourage you for the next week,
Give yourself permission to receive the joy,
The happiness,
The love.
I started this,
This new mantra for myself.
You know,
I talked about an emotional breakdown in January and I started this new mantra for myself.
It,
If it doesn't bring me adventure,
Play,
Laughter,
Fun,
And freedom,
I don't want to do it right.
And I have to say on a daily basis that changes what's good for me today isn't necessarily good for me tomorrow.
I may have really great energy one day and I might be really tired another day.
So I'm constantly checking in with myself before I say yes to this or no to this or jump on this or try this.
I really give myself a step back and to really process.
So give yourself permission to be with yourself.
Start sending out that positive energy by asking the universe to bring you more of those experiences in your life.
