Welcome to season two.

I'm so excited and happy with my first season and my first year of podcasts.

It's reaching so many people and I'm getting lots of positive feedback that makes me feel really good and makes me happy that I can share this information that's really truly helping people.

So today's topic is noticing signs from above and this comes from an email that I received from a client wanting to know about signs and what to look for and really how to connect you know with those angels.

Season one was a lot about specific archangels,

Their colors,

Their signs that they come in with but it's not the only way we can connect with the universe.

So I didn't really know as I've said in my previous podcast in the beginning,

I didn't really know about this energy.

This world and angels and being connected wasn't something that I grew up in.

It wasn't something that my family even talked about or maybe even necessarily believed in.

I'm not really sure.

And so I've been on this journey of self-discovery and really wanting to see what the universe has to offer and the signs that are around.

So I have developed my own language and my own connection with the universe and I really want to share that so that you can develop your own relationship with angels and with God and with the universe.

So in my podcast Let's Get Real,

It was like the third podcast that I put out,

I talked about how I grew up not really connected and knowing really about the angels and when I had gone for my first angel reading and intuitive session,

She gave me lots of signs and insights that you know into my grandmother who had passed and she gave me tips and tools that could help me be connected with the angels and again,

I remember leaving there saying,

I want to do that.

So I've been on this journey to help myself find what quote unquote the meaning of life is and interestingly enough that changes daily.

It's so funny that just when I think I've got it figured out,

Just when I'm like,

God,

I get it.

You're so awesome.

You know,

I feel like I'm in that space of excitement.

Something happens that flips the script and I'm back to I know nothing.

We're starting from page one,

But it's funny because it all comes in layers.

So I have these insights and I have these bouts of clarity and then I go back to the space where I've got to figure it all out again.

So it's kind of that ebb and flow.

So the signs are fantastic and they really helped me to know that I'm on track,

Especially when I'm feeling completely lost.

And again,

You know,

As an intuitive,

You know,

I get insights for people.

I may get things about what's to come for their future.

Now I'm not one to say that I'm a psychic per se,

But when I'm doing readings connecting with the soul,

They will give me or the soul will give me or angels will give me information that will help you down the road.

So if there's a situation or an experience that's coming to you,

The universe sometimes gives me bits of information to share with you so that when you get there,

You know that you're right on track,

That it's familiar to you and it's an opportunity or an experience that you need to have.

So that's how my intuition works.

And now through that,

I'm always empowering clients with searching out and seeking the information and the guidance and the signs that are around them.

So some of the basic signs,

Some of the easy signs are,

Um,

If you're interested in connecting with your loved ones,

Say you've had a loved one that's passed and you know,

Maybe you had that dream,

You know,

When they passed or,

And you haven't had any connection since maybe you were connected with a loved one and now you're not feeling it so much.

You know,

Remember they're all in their own energy as well.

And so I find that signs varied based on like the spirit or the angel and their personality and their energy.

So I had this client come in once and,

Um,

She had lost her father and her father was very,

A very analytical man,

More concrete and factual as opposed to imaginary and creative.

So here she is looking for these signs and not really knowing what to look for.

So his guidance to me was to tell her that he was going to come in the sign of his birthday,

The numbers,

The,

I should say the month and the day of his birthday,

He was going to come to her and he was also going to come in with his initials on a license plate,

Which makes more sense.

And for her to being more analytical and concrete,

Having signs like that are more factual.

It's like you can't make that stuff up.

Right.

So,

You know,

She had come with a friend and,

Um,

When,

When her friend got home,

Her friend had emailed me and said that this girl who lost her father,

When she left,

When they were getting ready to leave,

She said to her friend,

I don't know about these signs.

I don't know if he's going to come with me like that.

So she was a little doubtful.

And the beautiful thing was down the street from my office is one of those big signs that has the time on it.

And let's say she left and,

Um,

When they went by the sign,

It was exactly the month and the day of her dad's birthday.

So let's say if it was April 11th,

When they went by that sign,

It was four 11 in the afternoon and they both were stunned and,

Um,

And they just laughed,

You know?

And so for me,

It was so powerful because here I am sharing this information and she didn't even get two minutes down the road and her father was already connecting with her.

And so there's something beautiful about being open to these experiences and sometimes you have to validate it,

You know?

So when I had her affirm her dad's month and the day that he was,

Um,

That he was born,

That it was his birthday,

It kind of opened up some energy.

So if you want to connect with your loved one,

You know,

Know that,

Um,

They can come through,

Um,

Initials on a license plate or they can come through with their,

Um,

Birthday numbers the month and the day on a clock or even a license plate.

License plates are really big for me.

My grandmother passed away on November 19th and maybe that's a sign for somebody out there,

But my grandmother passed away on a November 19th and I remember a couple of years ago I was driving to an event that was about an hour away from,

From where I was and it was the anniversary of her passing.

And I remember driving thinking about,

You know,

Grammy,

Where are you?

I haven't seen you all day.

Now this is kind of later,

Later in the evening.

It was a night event and I said,

You know,

Grammy,

Where are you?

You know,

I haven't seen you yet.

I hope,

I hope the day doesn't go by that I don't get some type of sign from you.

And would you know,

In that instance,

A taxi driver went by me with the license plate one,

One,

One,

Nine.

And that was it.

That was the only thing on the license plate.

And I remember gasping and of course I wanted to try to chase down the taxi driver and get a picture because you know,

I needed to prove it as a sign,

But it wouldn't have been safe for me to do that.

So I had to take that in and really let it resonate.

But I remember thinking like how powerful here I am in this moment asking for a sign.

And in that instant a taxi goes by,

You can't,

You can't make that up.

You know,

It's not,

For me,

It's way more than a coincidence that a taxi driver would go by with those numbers.

And the angels,

The angel number is fours,

Four forty four or four four four.

It means hundreds of thousands of angels are with you,

Ask them anything.

And you know,

When I find that I'm struggling with something or I'm searching for answers or I really don't know what the next step is and I'm in this place of pause and waiting and frustrated and tired and drained,

I find that those fours pop up into my life.

I can't even tell you.

So I live here in Rhode Island and the best thing that they ever did was transfer the license plates with double numbers.

So on the license plates now,

There are two three digit numbers.

There's a three digit number,

A dash and another three digit number.

I can't tell you how many four four fours there are in this state.

It's everywhere.

There are like initials dash four four four.

There's four four four dash numbers and they're everywhere.

I always seem to be a magnet to them.

So if you're curious about connecting with the angels and again,

You're more of a concrete seeing is believing factual truth person.

The numbers are going to be phenomenal for you.

But remember the signs,

Just like your loved ones,

Birthdays and the anniversary of their passing and maybe anniversaries,

Maybe you have a husband or wife who's passed,

You know,

Ask them to come in with your anniversary if it's a special time for you.

And you'd be surprised how it comes into your life.

I find that it's so much easier for spirit and the angels to come in that way as opposed to manifesting themselves completely so that we see them in a dream or we feel their presence around around us.

We kind of get those blips of energies and those blips of comfort.

But I find for me,

The signs of the numbers have been and the letters have been really great for me to connect with my grandmother.

I feel closer to her than ever.

So like I said,

If you are wanting to connect with the angels and you're asking them for their assistance and you're wondering,

Do they hear you?

Are they around?

And all of a sudden you look up at the clock and it's 444 or you're driving along and a license plate goes by to you.

You know,

I find I used to get very impatient when people used to cut in front of me on the road or they used to cut me off or they used to drive up and slow down.

And now I before I get upset,

I try to check in with the license plate and see if it's a number that resonates.

This is something that,

You know,

I've been doing over time.

And remember,

The signs are all in the present moment.

So if your mind and you're driving along,

If your mind is so far in the future,

How,

When,

What if,

Or in the past,

Shoulda,

Coulda,

Woulda,

You're going to miss everything that's happening around you.

This is why mindfulness is so powerful.

It teaches you to be in the present moment.

And that's where energy is.

That's where spirit is.

That's where God is in the present moment.

It's everywhere.

You know,

The energy is in the breeze.

It's in the trees.

It's in the animals all around you.

Animals are another sign.

You know,

When I start to see,

You know,

Bunnies around,

I mentioned in my Archangel Ariel podcast,

That's a sign,

You know,

That she's around,

But you might be more connected to the earth and maybe not so much in the angelic realm.

And if you start seeing repetitive animals,

The other day I saw a,

I saw a opossum and it was in the oddest place.

I was coming out of my apartment and my apartment isn't like woodsy or isn't in a place that I would expect to see up an opossum at five o'clock at night at dusk.

And so when I came out,

This little big fat thing was like running away.

And my first thought was,

It's a sign.

So I went in and if you're looking at animals and they pop up in your life,

The best thing I do is go on Google and I googled the animal and then at the end of it I put like totem or spiritual meaning of,

So I put like opossum totem or spiritual meaning of the opossum.

And then I get some insight and some things resonate and some things don't.

So I do check a few different websites and really see what the message is and see how it resonates with me.

So I don't always take,

Take it,

You know,

For,

For,

For what it is.

I always check in with myself and see what parts of what I'm reading really resonates with what's going on in my life.

So again,

If you're an animal person and you're in tune to the environment,

You know,

For the longest time I was hearing mourning doves everywhere.

In the morning when I came to my office,

When I was walking in the,

In the afternoon,

In the evening,

In the morning,

I was hearing them everywhere.

And so when I looked it up,

You know,

The mourning doves really represent that Holy Spirit energy,

That peaceful energy.

And it made so much sense with the transformation and the feminine energy that I was going into and really standing in my power as a female and really being able to embrace that energy to be able to share my light and my information,

My insight with the world.

So signs like that have been so helpful throughout my life.

But remember,

You've got to be aware and paying attention.

I want to go back to the numbers and the,

The,

The fours,

Um,

Is super powerful with the angels.

You know,

You might look up on a billboard and there's a phone number that's got fours in it.

Um,

I can't even tell you how many times I've been,

What I would watch a football game or I'd be watching a baseball game and I would look up at the TV and the camera is on Jersey 44 or the pitcher on the mound is,

Uh,

The Jersey number four.

And it was exactly what I needed in that moment.

I also had a client call me once and tell me that for a period of mornings,

She was waking up every morning at four 44 and,

And again,

I had just told her about the angels and the,

The number fours and the signs and,

And she loved it,

But she laughed.

She goes,

I wish they wouldn't be wake,

I wish they wouldn't wake me up so early in the morning.

So,

And you know,

I kind of told her,

I'm like,

Well,

That's when you're paying attention.

You open your eyes.

So so she shifted that and was able to now catch it in the afternoon as opposed to be woken up in the morning.

So the universe is funny.

They're there,

They're there.

They're always interesting in the way that,

Um,

The signs come in and it's going to come with,

With your personality.

So I am funny.

I like to be funny.

So the angels come to me in funny ways and funny signs.

You know,

I remember I was doing something the other day.

I was on the road driving and I was doing something and this license plate,

Um,

It had some reference to like,

Oh geez.

And then it was four,

Four,

Four.

So it was,

It might have been like,

Oh,

Jay Z or,

Or something.

And in the way the initials came up and I remember thinking they're now on the other side laughing because here I am being risky when I shouldn't be in there like,

Oh geez,

What is she doing now?

And then the four,

Four,

Four was there.

So I find that over time,

Like I'm having this connection and this communication with them and,

And again,

For me,

It's funny.

They come into me in funny ways,

Um,

In funny places.

They may also come to you,

You may get signs from songs on the radio.

You know,

Maybe there's a song that's connected to a loved one or maybe there's a song,

You know,

That there's bits of information,

Um,

That the angels can help you with.

So,

Um,

With regards to songs,

You know,

My grandmother's song was Willie Nelson's Always on My Mind.

And I remember one anniversary of her,

Of her passing,

Which again is a really powerful time.

It's in November.

Um,

It's a powerful time of year.

Um,

It's also a sad time of year.

I mean,

My grandmother's been gone like almost 30 years,

Let's say,

And I still feel that sadness.

So,

Um,

I'm going to do a podcast on mediumship and connecting with loved ones cause I really want to talk more about that.

Um,

But again,

It's,

You know,

It's not something that ever just goes away.

I mean,

I've had more peace with it obviously,

And I'm in a much better space with it because I can connect with her.

But these signs come up and I remember I was talking to my mom on the phone one day and I was just talking to her and saying,

Oh,

You know,

It's Grammy's day and you know,

We're kind of little mouche a mouche and,

Um,

My iHeartRadio was on at the time and I called my mom.

So when I got off the phone,

The iHeartRadio app kicked back on and it turned into this eclectic version,

Not of Willie Nelson's Always on My Mind,

But it was this eclectic version,

Um,

Kind of like reggae-ish,

Um,

Version of Always on My Mind and I was just stunned and I'm like,

God,

It's amazing how powerful she is.

And so I did like a screenshot and I sent it over to my mom and texted her and I said,

Look at the song that just came on the radio and we hung up the phone.

So it was kind of,

I felt like it was my grandmother's way to say,

I'm here and I'm part of your conversation and,

And here's my sign.

So for me,

It brings so much inner peace to have these signs.

You know,

There might be songs on the radio,

Um,

You know,

That you might know very well.

And then all of a sudden when you're tuning into it,

There might be a lyric or there might be a verse that really resonates with you.

That's the angels.

That's their way to connect with you.

So I remember when I first started working with the angels,

Asking them to show me to become present.

And,

And I joke that,

You know,

I think at that point I was waiting for the heavens and the sky to open up and this big ball of light to come down and fill my room.

And,

Um,

You know,

I realize now that that probably would have scared the heck out of me.

So I found this other language and this other way to connect,

Um,

With the energy of the angels.

And again,

They come through numbers,

They come through,

Um,

Songs on the radio,

They come through animals.

You know,

The native American culture was really tuned into the earth.

And when these animals,

Spirit animals popped up into their lives,

They knew what the messages are.

So if you have this desire to really connect,

All you have to do is ask,

You know,

Ask the angels,

Ask your loved ones.

God's sign when he comes in for me,

He sends zeros.

Um,

So I might see zeros on a license plate.

I might look up and see a phone number or a billboard that says zeros.

There has been times where somebody would call my phone and the number that comes up would be zero zero zero dash zero zero zero dash zero zero zero zero.

And I always look at it and stun like,

Oh,

Okay God,

I hear you.

You know,

I have to say God doesn't really come in too often to me,

But when he does,

I'm listening and I see the value in that.

So if you,

If you are somebody who really wants to connect with the essence of God source creator,

Whatever that energy is for you and you really want to know what that vibration is,

Ask,

Ask that energy to send zeros,

You know,

Connect with that energy.

Because remember,

A zero is infinite.

It's a cycle that has no beginning and no end.

And that really is the essence of God's energy.

So you can also have smells come up as signs.

You know,

Maybe you smell like a cigar or maybe there was a grandparent or somebody that you knew who smoked cigars or,

Or maybe cigarettes could be a trigger.

So my grandmother unfortunately passed away from emphysema from smoking.

So I've asked her not to come to me in the signs of cigarette smoke.

I don't like the way it smells.

And it's a reminder of the way she passed.

So that doesn't happen too often.

But sometimes it's a way to get your attention.

You know,

Sometimes I'm not listening.

And guess what,

I smell that cigarette smoke.

And I'm like,

Alright,

Graham,

I listen,

I know you're there.

So again,

Smells can become in ways.

Maybe there's perfumes,

Maybe there's colognes,

Maybe there's a scent of a person that can come in.

So I encourage you to take this little bit of information on signs and just ask the angels,

Ask them for assistance,

You know,

With with seeing signs,

To be able to to connect more in many different ways.

And remember,

If you are more of a concrete,

Analytical,

Seeing is believing kind of person,

Your chances are those signs are going to come in as numbers,

Or they're going to come into in letters and things that are more concrete.

If you are more spirited,

And you're more,

You know,

Creative and imaginative,

Guess what those signs are going to come in the signs of flowers,

They're going to come in the signs of breeze,

They're going to come in signs of cloud formations,

They're going to come in so many different ways,

You might find pennies,

As we talked about the Archangel Gabriel,

But pennies can also be from heaven from your loved ones,

As well.

So there is a big dynamic of of the way these signs can come in if we're aware of it.

So give yourself some space to sit with that energy and ask them to invite them into your life.

Remember,

The universe abides by the law of free will.

So we have to give them permission,

You know,

So I just say God,

I give you permission to come into my life to help support me to show me signs that I am on the right track and it helps tremendously.

So this concludes my discussion today with signs noticing signs from above.

The word I chose for today is strong.

My self assurance allows me to boldly take risks.

I am strong.
