Find a quiet place where you can relax.
Close your eyes and take a deep,
Slow breath in.
Exhale gently,
Releasing tension from your body.
Take another slow,
Deep breath in and exhale.
Allow your shoulders to soften and your mind to become quiet.
Breathe deeply and allow yourself to be guided into a space of peace and healing.
Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a hidden cavern.
Nestled at the base of a majestic mountain,
The entrance glows softly.
A welcoming light spilling out as if the mountain itself is inviting you inside.
As you step through the archway,
You feel a cool,
Refreshing breeze on your skin.
The air is pure,
Filled with a gentle hum of energy that vibrates with peace and calm.
Smooth crystal walls stretch out around you,
Glowing with soft,
Radiant colors,
Blues,
Purples and silvers.
Each pulse of light filling you with serenity.
Walk deeper into the cavern.
The path beneath your feet is smooth and grounding.
Around you,
Crystals rise from the floor like ancient sentinels.
Each one humming with healing energy.
Feel their vibrations resonate through your body,
Calming your mind and releasing tension from your heart.
Now you reach the heart of the cavern.
Here stands a crystal as tall as a tree,
Its surface clear and radiant,
Filled with pure,
Radiant light.
The crystal is a source of infinite healing energy,
A gift from the earth itself.
Place your hands gently on its surface.
As you make contact,
Feel a warm surge of energy flow into your hands.
Travelling up your arms,
Spreading through your chest and filling your entire body.
The energy is pure,
Clear and filled with unconditional love and protection.
As the healing energy fills you,
It begins to gather all the emotional heaviness you have absorbed.
The sadness,
Fear and negativity that do not belong to you.
See these emotions as dark threads woven into your body.
One by one,
Feel the crystal gently pulling the threads from you.
Each thread dissolves into the light within the crystal.
Transformed into pure peace and clarity.
With every breath,
More darkness leaves you,
Replaced by the radiant glow of your own true energy.
Breathe deeply as your body becomes lighter and freer.
The crystal's energy creates a protective sphere of light around you,
A shield of shimmering crystal energy.
It is strong yet flexible,
Allowing love and joy to enter,
While keeping negativity and harmful emotions at bay.
Take a moment to stand within the sphere of light.
Feel its strength surrounding you.
Know that this protective energy will remain with you,
Guarding your sensitive heart as you move through your day.
Feel the protective shield around you,
Its shimmering crystal energy.
Feel its strength surrounding you.
Feel its protection,
Guarding your sensitive heart.
Just take a moment now,
Just to feel that protective energy.
Look around the cavern one last time.
Feel gratitude for its gifts,
For the healing,
For the peace and the protection you have received.

Begin to walk back towards the entrance.
With each step,
Feel yourself returning to the present moment.
Lighter,
Clearer,
And deeply connected to your own powerful light.
As you step outside the cavern,
Breathe in the fresh air of the mountain.
Feel grounded and whole.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Allowing your awareness to return to your body.
And when you're ready,

The crystal cavern is a sacred space within you.
Its energy is always available whenever you need healing,
Clarity or protection.
