Close your eyes,
Get comfortable,
And take a moment to breathe and pause.
Welcoming yourself in,
Centering yourself in this time and this place.
Dropping your awareness down in the here and the now.
Feeling yourself connect and connected.
Visualize the support of Mother Earth beneath you.
Connecting you to the vast wisdom of our Mother.
Feel her energy entering your body as you inhale and run down the spine as you exhale.
A grand ebb and flow.
Feel yourself present within your body on this earth.
Breathing in and out.
In and out.
Breathing.
Heart beating.
In,
Feet,
Belly,
Your chest,
Your jaw,
Eyes,
Ears,
Ears.
Here you are.
Right here,
Right now.
Take three long and deep slow breaths.
With each breath,
Find yourself letting go.
Freeing.
Surrendering.
You are not surrendering to some force outside of yourself.
You are surrendering to Spirit within.
Every sound is taking you deeper.
Every breath is taking you deeper.
Bringing you to a wonderful feeling of relaxation.
That's good.
Feel your body relax.
Allow your mind to become quiet.
Thoughts may float in and out.
Just let them float by and focus upon the sound of my voice guiding you.
Then focus upon your breath.
Reach your awareness and senses outward toward the exuberant ways in which nature is bursting forth with new life.
Imagine,
Visualize,
You are within a beautiful,
Mystical,
And lush forest.
The magnificent displays of new growth.
Bright leafy green trees.
The musky scents of the animals.
The harmonious sound of the nesting birds.
Spring is ear.
A time of new life coming into being.
Bulbs that were stirring underground are blooming.
And all is returning to life.
Within this sacred forest,
You see a path.
You are being drawn to this path within this forest.
The sunlight shines through the trees and dances along the path.
Making patterns of light all around you.
You feel this immense joy.
And at the same time,
A sacred calm move through you and all around you.
You feel safe and welcomed here.
Deep within you,
You know that at any given point in the grand cycle of life,
Whatever is happening in nature is also happening within you.
It's a magical cycle,
And you can access this incredible power at any given moment.
And you can use it to grow whatever you want in your life.
You continue on deeper into the forest,
And you find yourself at a clearing.
This clearing is filled with abundance of flowers,
Rich,
Beautiful colors.
Intoxicating fragrance fills the air.
Butterflies kiss the petals,
And bees are buzzing with life.
You feel drawn to go to the center of this beautiful field.
Something is calling you.
You glance around and see some movement.
A spark of light.
Orbs of rainbow colors begin to appear,
Dancing in and out of the flowers,
The trees,
And grasses.
You are surrounded by beautiful sounds,
Like bells tinkling in the air.
And you find yourself within the heart of a fairy ring,
All-encompassing perfect love and magic.
Visualize this,
Sense it,
Feel it.
Let the visions of fairies take you away.
Let the dreams of fairies take you away.
You feel the magic touch of the fey as they dance and sing all around you.
They're blessing you with the gift of magic and possibility.
One of the wee fey whispers your name like a soft gentle breeze,
And she places some seeds within your hands.
She says,
Now it is time for planting.
A time to plant your garden,
Dear one.
The ground is alive and rich,
And the earth is fertile,
And life is flourishing.
Use these seeds to plant your dreams.
You take a moment to hold these seeds to your heart,
And you think about all the beauty you aspire to create in your life.
You breathe your dreams in,
And on the exhale,
You toss the seeds up in the air,
And the fey swirl around and bless your dream seeds with her magic.
You feel something ignite within your soul,
And you feel the magic grow around you and within you.
You begin to dance with the fey,
Swirling,
Twirling,
Laughing,
And you are filled with joy and wonder.
Feel this.
This feeling,
Soaking in the fey's energy,
Filling every part of you coming alive.
You are completely engulfed by this energy,
And feel peaceful,
Happy,
Loved,
And wholly content.
The fey laugh with you and urge you to stay in this feeling.
Remember this feeling,
And give yourself permission to play.
Ah,
Feels so good.
It is now time to come back,
Back to the present time and place.
The fey will escort you back to the forest along the magical path.
With every step,
You feel lighter,
More joyful,
And filled with promise.
Along the way,
You send your love and heartfelt gratitude to the fey and to the forest and our blessed Mother Earth.
For your gratitude,
For all your blessings,
And for the gift of life.
This magical place gradually fades away.
Move your consciousness to the present time and place.
Know that you can return again and again.
Take a moment to feel your body,
Or its edges touch the other edges around it.
Breathing soft and easy.
Gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Hear what sounds there are to hear.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and you will see everything around you in a new way.
