Welcome to your inner wisdom meditation.

Meditation is a powerful tool that can help you connect with your inner wisdom and gain clarity in your life.

To begin this meditation,

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.

Gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension that you're holding in your body.

Inhaling and exhaling.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Visualize yourself standing in front of a door.

This door represents the gateway to your inner wisdom.

Take a moment here to observe the door,

Noticing any details or markings on its surface.

When you are ready,

Reach out and open the door.

As you step through the doorway,

You find yourself in a peaceful and serene environment.

Take a few moments to observe your surroundings,

Noticing any sounds,

Smells or sensations that you experience.

As you continue to explore this inner sanctuary,

You may encounter a wise and compassionate guide who can offer you insights and guidance here.

Take some time to connect with this guide,

Asking any questions or seeking any advice that you may need.

After you have connected with this guide,

You may ask for their name so you can call on them in future moments of need.

This guide will be here to support you,

Always.

As you say goodbye to the guide,

You turn back towards the door,

Reaching out and stepping through the gateway again,

Returning to the present moment.

Now that you are ready to return to your everyday life,

Thank your guide and take a few deep breaths.

As you close the door behind you,

Take another deep breath,

Slowly opening your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Centered,

Connected and rejuvenated.

Remember that you can return to this inner sanctuary anytime you need guidance or clarity in your life.

Trust in your inner wisdom and know that it will always guide you in the right direction.
