Hello and welcome to the Aura Cleansing and Protection Meditation.
This is Janapyata and I am here to invite you to take a minute,
Find a comfortable position.
Slowly closing your eyes.
Taking three deep breaths.
And as you exhale,
Relax your entire body.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling any tension and stress.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Begin to loosen the body,
Dropping out of the mind and into the soul.
Picture roots growing from your feet into the ground.
Noticing if the roots on one side are thicker than the other.
And if they are,
Begin to adjust them until both sides are identical in size.
Now visualize the area around your body and sense the auric area,
Which is the energy field that radiates around your body.
Get a sense of how far your aura can extend from your body in front of you.
Now see and feel your aura above your head and below your feet.
Sense how far your aura can extend behind your back.
Now adjust your aura so that it's even on all sides and see it turning into a two to three foot radius egg shaped around you.
Pulling your aura in or pushing it out,
Make its edges more defined until you've created this egg-shaped aura surrounding your body.
Allow yourself to sit within the aura and notice the beauty within it.
Now visualize a rain shower or golden liquid light pouring down on you through your aura.
And notice how wonderful this feels.
Now see your aura coated with a two inch thick layer of golden sunlight.
This golden light helps you in the ongoing healing and strengthening of your aura as the gold fills any holes in your aura.
Now begin coating the outside of the golden light with a royal blue light.
This color radiates a quality of confidence and certainty.
This is the color of your truth,
Your expression,
Your power.
Now begin to see this layer of ultraviolet light on the extreme outside of your aura.
This layer of violet light will transmute any energy that you come into contact with to their natural higher frequencies.
Allow this violet light to surround the extreme outside of your aura,
Radiating.
Now when you are ready,
Withdraw your focus from your aura,
Knowing that you are cleansed,
You are protected.
Begin to leave your meditation state,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Wiggling your hands and your toes.
Notice the feeling that is radiating from your soul.
