That together we claim and honor where you are and where you are headed.
It's at this moment that we welcome a new start,
A new place,
A new experience,
A change.

Begin to slow your mind down.

Allowing the air to float down your throat and meet the bottom of your lungs.

Dropping your shoulders away from your ears and softening your expression.
Listen to the noise around you and allow yourself to clear your mind.

Let them go.
Allow your breath to ease your body,

Your soul.
With your next inhale,
Prepare your heart and mind for a journey of welcoming new opportunities that are mentally,
Emotionally,

Running over and allowing change in my life is an act of radical self-love.
And that self-love is what I'm offering to myself from now on.
Never before did I realize that owning change helps me trust.
It helps me trust who I am,
What I have to offer,
And the life I am actively creating.
From now on,
I am witnessing change as a fresh restart,
An experience of being open to life.
Not as I wish it to be,
But only as it is.
I never realized before that there is vast magic in change.
There is magic in starting over.
There is magic anywhere I seek it.
Now I know this beautiful magic is always available to me.
In my past,
When things have occurred,
I've often fought it.
I've allowed uncertainty and the unknowns to own my emotional health,
My thoughts,
My mind,
Even my body and actions.
But now I see the truth.
Uncertainty is the opportunity I think about daily.
It is the experiences I seek.
It is the magic.
When the unknown is before me,
A new beginning takes shape.
I now realize I have the brilliant opportunity to define how I will proceed in everything I experience.
I have an opportunity to decide how I will move through,
Be shaped by,
Mold and create what happens around me.
I realize now that I have the ability to create the experiences I need,
Want and desire.

For far too long,
I have lived in the mindset that life is always happening to me.
In this mindset,
I denied the magic.
Today I understand that my life is happening for me.
With each new experience,
I humbly own the power to move toward what best serves me in everything I do from here on out.
What has been is over.
I will no longer be in service to the moments that did not work in my favor,
Nor will I base my today on those experiences unless I use them for what they are.
My brilliant and beautiful teachers,
This is my radical stance.
This is change.
This is how I will take deep and unyielding control of my life.
This is change.
This is the space I have been beckoned to.
Through my life story,
Up until this point,
I see now that change is all around me and I love every minute of it.
