Can you hold your body in one place?
Can you hold your mind right here,
Right now?
Can you practice stillness?
Can you master stillness?
What can stillness bring you?
Stillness can bring joy and peace into your life.
It can take you out of your head and into your heart.
The simple act of being still breathing,
Smiling,
And connecting to the infinite can set your day in a harmonious direction.
How do I know?
I practice.
I am far from a master.
In fact,
I have an incredibly difficult time sitting still.
I have to work at being still mindfully throughout the day.
Daily practice is the key.
It's the key to everything.
By practicing stillness,
We welcome peace,
Joy,
And harmony into our lives,
One moment at a time.
You too can be still.
You too can be a master of yourself in this moment.
Being in the here and now with your body and your breath,
One with the all.
So,
Sit still now and be with me.
Be still.
Breathe in and notice your breath.
Breathe out and notice your breath.
Smile.
This time is for you.

Feel the joy warm you from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and into the universe.
