This track is designed to give you the tools to deepen and explore your own meditation practice in your own way. Whether you are new to meditation or have been meditating for years, embrace this practice with a beginner's mind. I will give you tools to support you in building a meditation practice that feels good and works well. It's designed for YOU. It begins with describing a useful ABCD method and introducing a mantra — OM- followed by 10 minutes for you to sit and practice. **There is an error on the track it says we will pause for 20 minutes, but we only pause for 10** The sound of the bell opens and closes the practice.
