Welcome.
We will begin by moving into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes,
Start to connect with your breath.
Notice all of the parts of your body which are making contact with something.
Maybe you can feel the bed beneath you or a chair or your meditation cushion.
Sense into the contact,
Feel into what's supporting you,
What's holding your body,
What's grounding you.
Now turn your attention to your breath.
Allow your next breath to be deep and full.
Take three full deep breaths.
With each inhale breathe in a sense of connection.
With each exhale breathe out all of your distractions.
Allow this full breath to become your natural breath.
Allow it to be effortless.
Trust that your body knows how to breathe by itself and know that there is no effort required of you for the next five minutes or so.
All you have to do is breathe,
Relax and allow your body to realign itself.
If your mind wanders gently smile and allow the passing train of thought to go by.
The focus of this practice is to realign yourself with a different vibration.
We can unintentionally connect to negative frequencies.
There's a constant stream of information and what we listen to is absorbed into our energy field.
So today we're going to switch the radio station and change to a different frequency.
We're going to use the law of least effort to do that.
Breathing slowly allow your heart to connect with your breath.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Allow space for feelings to arise within your body.
Notice any sensations that you can feel in the body.
When you become peaceful and still the place your soul returns to is one of love.
Allow yourself to return to your natural flow that is the flow of happiness.
Of course sometimes we have to cut through many layers of distractions but you can do it.
You just need to ask yourself are you ready to realign with your true nature?
Repeat to yourself effortless love,
Happiness,
Wisdom,
Abundance.
Taking a moment to connect with anything that you particularly feel drawn to connect with today.
Bringing those words and feelings into your own frequency.
Aligning yourself through choice and intention.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now gently bring a smile to your mind.
Taking a moment to visualize a smile.
Once you have that image allow the smile to gently drop onto your body.
Moving down slowly through your head.
Smiling at your fears,
Your worries.
Moving down through your spine.
Travelling down into your organs.
Down your legs.
Flowing to all of the places where you need a smile.
Taking time to move through every part of your body.
Noticing the parts you neglecting.
And finally when you're ready bring the smile back up to your face.
Gently feel the corners of your mouth lifting as they turn upwards and rest the smile upon your mouth.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Repeating to yourself the mantra,
I am happy,
I am connected to the vibration of love.
I am happy,
I'm connected to the vibration of love.
I am happy,
I'm connected to the vibration of love.
Taking a moment to notice how that feels within your body.
Move through your day knowing that at any point you can stop and come back to your breath.
You can simply plug into your internal power source.
The natural vibration within you is that of love and happiness.
So as we bring this practice to a close,
I invite you to start to notice the support beneath you.
Notice the sounds around you.
Gently starting to move your fingers and your toes.
Reaching your arms over your head and stretching the body gently to wake yourself back up.
If you want to bring your hands together at your heart center and smile.
