Imagine you are comfortably lying on a blanket on the soft warm sand on the Paradise Island of Hawaii.
Your whole body is relaxed and comfortable.
There is nothing to do but be in this beauty and relaxation.
There is a soft sea breeze that gently touches your face.
The Sun is sheltered from your body by an umbrella.
You are breathing peacefully in the comfort of the moment.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
In this resting place you can almost smell the salt air of the ocean.
The sounds of ocean waves drift into your being taking you on a journey to the beauty of the sea.
The waves are clear and in deep blue hues they come into the shore and wash against the petals on the beach.
The tide is going out and the waves are slow and gently caressing the shore.
Ocean waves break in their own rhythm on the shore.
You begin to follow the sound of the ocean waves coming into the shore.
All other thoughts and sensations drift from your mind as you listen to the lullaby of the ocean waves.
One by one waves come into the shore and go back to the sea.
Resting,
Deep,
Peaceful resting.
Any thoughts drift into the sound of the waves on the beach.
