Prayers To Find God, Prayer At Dawn

Please pray with me at dawn each day to search for the God of your understanding to be close to you in your journey. Searching and praying or affirming our Creator is with us as we are in the world. God is always with us. It is we who sometimes forget. Pray this to help begin your day. Be still and know that I am God from the first moments of dawn and into your day.

Lost,

Alone?

At dawn I come to search for you in the darkness of my night,

The darkest part of my night,

The search for dawn,

For you,

My creator,

My center.

My center that makes all things,

Supplies all,

Costs of love,

Even a moment touch.

Help me,

I feel abandoned.

But it is I who have abandoned you in this cloudy,

Cold morning.

You are here,

Even when I don't see you,

You are here,

With me now,

My undeserving self.

I wait,

It's quiet at last,

My mind is still.

Be still and know that I am God.

I'm still here.

Just not sure,
