Hello,

Beautiful soul.

Welcome to my five minute journey towards inner peace.

Wherever you are,

Allow yourself to find a comfortable position.

You might choose to sit with your feet planted gently on the ground or lie down,

Letting the earth support you completely.

When you're ready,

Softly close your eyes and let's take this moment together to connect with our inner selves.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh air,

Envisioning it as a bright healing light.

Hold it for a moment at the top and then gently exhale,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Letting peace flow into you with each breath.

Hold and exhale,

Letting go of worries,

Letting go of doubts.

Continue to breathe this way,

Finding your natural rhythm,

Feeling more relaxed with each breath.

Now,

Imagine a gentle,

Warm light above your head.

This light represents your inner peace,

Always present,

Always within reach.

As you breathe in,

This light begins to descend,

Touching the top of your head,

Soothing and calming.

With each breath,

This warm light travels down across your forehead,

Relaxing your thoughts,

Down your neck,

Easing any tension.

Across your shoulders,

Melting away burdens,

Down your arms and into your hands,

Filling you with tranquility.

Feel this light moving through your chest,

Calming your heart,

Down into your stomach,

Bringing peace to your core,

Down your legs and into your feet,

Grounding you in this moment of serenity.

You are enveloped in this gentle light,

Completely at peace,

Safe and supported.

In this space of peace,

Let's affirm together,

I am worthy of peace.

I am surrounded by calm.

With each breath,

I invite tranquility into my life.

I am grounded.

I am safe.

I am at peace.

Allow these words to resonate within you,

Feeling their truth and power.

You carry this peace within you through every moment of your day.

Gently bring your awareness back to the present,

Feeling the chair or ground beneath you,

The air on your skin,

The sounds around you.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of peace and calm with you.

This tranquility is always within you,

Just a breath away.
