Welcome to this meditation,

Today we'll explore the powerful affirmation,

I am enough,

I have always been enough,

I will always be enough.

These words are a reminder of your inherent worth,

Something that's always been with you and will never fade,

No matter the circumstances.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

Close your eyes softly and take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tension or doubt,

Allow yourself to settle into this moment,

Knowing that you're exactly where you need to be,

Begin by bringing your attention to your breath,

Notice its gentle rhythm as it flows in and out.

With each inhale,

Draw in a sense of calm and self-acceptance,

With each exhale,

Release any feelings of not being enough,

Letting them drift away like clouds in the sky.

Now gently scan through your body,

Starting at the top of your head,

As you breathe,

Allow your forehead,

Eyes and jaw to soften,

Let this wave of relaxation flow down to your neck and shoulders,

Releasing any tension.

Continue this process,

Moving through your chest,

Arms,

Abdomen,

Hips,

Legs and feet,

Until your entire body feels calm and supported.

Bring your attention to your heart center,

The area in the middle of your chest,

This light represents your worth,

Your enoughness,

This light has always been with you,

Steady and unwavering.

As you breathe,

I am enough,
