Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you discover and embrace the invincible summer within you.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Breathe in deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs with air.

Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do this three more times.

Breathe in deeply.

Hold and exhale slowly.

Again,

Breathe in.

One more time.

Breathe in.

Feel your body relaxing more with each breath.

Allow any tension to melt away,

Leaving you calm and at ease.

Now bring your awareness to your body.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and gently release them.

Start at the top of your head and slowly move down to your toes,

Relaxing each part of your body as you go.

Notice your scalp,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw.

Allow your face to soften and relax.

Move down to your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Feel the tension melting away.

Continue to your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet.

Let your entire body become relaxed and heavy.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing without trying to change it.

Feel the air as it enters your nostrils,

Travels down to your lungs and then gently leaves your body.

Focus on the sensation of your breath.

If your mind starts to wander,

Gently bring it back to your breath.

Use your breath as an anchor to stay in the present moment.

Imagine yourself in a serene,

Beautiful place.

It could be a peaceful forest,

A charming village or a cozy reading nook.

Picture this place in your mind with as much detail as possible.

As you settle into this peaceful place,

Imagine a warm,

Gentle light surrounding you.

This light represents your invincible summer,

Your inner strength,

Resilience and hope.

Feel this light wrapping around you,

Comforting and protecting you.

As you bask in this warm light,

Reflect on the challenges you have faced.

Recall moments of hate,

Tears and chaos in your life.

Acknowledge the pain and difficulty of these experiences.

But also recognize the love,

Smile and calm that persisted within you despite them.

And reflect on the times when you felt like you were in the midst of winter,

Cold,

Barren and bleak.

Remember how you found an invincible summer within you,

A source of warmth,

Hope and resilience that could not be extinguished by external circumstances.

Now,

Let's reinforce this sense of inner strength with some affirmations.

You can repeat these silently in your mind or out loud if you prefer.

Hate.

I find an invincible love within me.

Chaos.

I find an invincible calm within me.

In the midst of tears,

I find an invincible smile within me.

Chaos.

I find an invincible calm within me.

In the midst of winter,

I find an invincible summer within me.

No matter how hard the world pushes against me,

There is something stronger within me pushing right back.

Take a few moments to reflect on these affirmations.

Feel their truth resonating within you.

Know that you can return to this place of peace and strength whenever you need it,

Simply by recalling these words and this moment.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Take a few deep breaths.

Breathe in the peace and strength you've cultivated and breathe out any remaining tension or negativity.

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

With all your fingers and toes,

Stretch if you need to and slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Carry this sense of inner strength and resilience with you throughout your day and remember that within you lies an invincible summer ready to guide you through any challenge.
