Transcript

Take a long,

Deep breath in,

Hold it,

And release.

And keep on breathing in and out,

Gathering up stress and tension with your inhale,

And then with the exhale,

Letting it all go.

In this moment,

All is well and you are safe.

In this meditation,

You will enter the healing temple.

Once you're in the healing temple,

You open yourself up to healing any kind of physical imbalance within your body.

You activate your body's natural healing abilities,

And you give your body permission to heal,

To find balance,

To come into a state of homeostasis.

Take another deep breath in,

And with the exhale,

Become a wet noodle.

Let go completely.

Allow your body to be completely still.

And take another deep breath in,

And with the exhale,

Relax ten times more,

Letting it all go.

Yeah,

That's good.

Let it all go.

Give yourself permission to simply be.

With every exhale that you take,

Allow your body to relax ten times more.

Ten times more relaxed with every exhale.

In this present and relaxed state of being,

I want you to start becoming aware of your physical body.

Activate your senses and be mindful of every part of your body,

Starting from the top of your head,

And then gradually moving down to your neck and shoulder area,

Your chest and the core of your body,

Your hips,

Your legs,

And your feet.

And as you become aware of your body,

Start noticing where your body needs more love and healing.

This could be an area that experiences discomfort,

Physical discomfort,

Or tension,

Or pain.

Or just more love and attention.

An area that you feel requires healing.

It may be completely healthy,

But you feel it could receive some more support.

Scan your body as thoroughly as you can in this moment,

And identify these parts of your body.

Getting a sense of what's a priority right now.

This part comes first,

This one comes next,

Etc.

And as you get a sense of the parts of your body that need attention,

I want you to,

If you can,

Place your hands on them,

One at a time.

Prioritize the first and second ones that came up at the top of your list.

And just place your hand or hands there,

And be present with them.

This is an act of honoring them,

Of letting them speak,

Of letting them express themselves.

You don't need to ask them any questions at this point.

You don't need to do something with them or send them any sort of energy.

By placing your hands on them,

You're just saying,

Hey,

I see you.

You're safe.

Just take a few deep breaths while you're being present with these parts of your body.

Let's take this a step further right now.

I want you to pick one part of your body at a time,

Out of the ones you identified,

And ask them the following question.

What are you here to teach me?

And just listen to whatever comes up.

What are you here to teach me?

And listen.

I want you to ask the question,

What do you need more of?

And listen to what they have to say.

What do you need more of?

Finally,

Ask the question,

How can I support your healing journey?

How can I support your healing journey?

And listen to what they have to say.

Be present with whatever emotions came up,

Whatever thoughts,

Whatever insights.

Don't judge yourself.

Don't blame yourself.

Just take it all in.

And promise to these parts of your body that you can do whatever you can to support them,

To let them express,

To let them heal,

To help them find their balance.

And as you make this promise,

Let's start sending some extra healing energy to these parts of your body,

Supporting their natural healing abilities.

Remember that your body knows how to heal itself.

So all you can do is support it.

To do so,

I want you to call upon the emerald green ray.

This universal frequency of light that has this warm,

Healing,

Emerald green light.

I want you to visualize this light hovering above you up in the ethers.

And it's a powerful,

But at the same time,

Nurturing frequency that encompasses really the entire universe.

It's present within all life.

Because healing is available everywhere in the world,

In the cosmos,

In the universe.

But as you call upon the other soul,

The frequency of the emerald green ray,

I want you to visualize a part of it start flowing through your body,

Starting from the top of your head,

Through your crown chakra,

Flowing down your body into your heart chakra in the center of your chest,

And then expanding out through your arms and out through the palms of your hands.

And as you create this flow of the emerald green light from the universe through your crown chakra into your body,

Out through your hands,

I want you to wrap your hands together right now,

The palms of your hands together.

And as you're doing so,

You're creating this energetic flow of energy between your hands.

As you wrap them together,

Pull them apart a little bit and move your hands closer and then further away from each other.

And feeling the resonance,

Feeling the flow of energy between them.

You're activating your healing hands this way.

And then once you feel this energy building up in between your hands,

I want you to place your hands in the parts of your body that require this healing right now and visualize the emerald green light flowing from the universe through your body,

Out through your hands and into your body through your hands.

And allow the emerald green light to flow easily and effortlessly.

You don't have to control it.

It's intelligent.

It knows exactly where to go.

Just trust that you are sending this energy to the right parts of your body and that your body knows what to do with this energy to heal.

And breathe.

You may get a sense of moving your hands around in different parts of your body or adjusting the way you place your hands there.

Trust your instinct.

You're now the healer.

So you're channeling the right guidance that your body needs at this point in time to heal.

Trust the process.

Breathe and let the energy flow.

Once the healing is completed,

Relax your hands,

Offering your gratitude to the emerald green light and to your own healing abilities,

Thanking yourself and the universe for these healing frequencies.

Before we close this session,

I want you to tune into your body again and notice what changed.

Did anything shift?

Did anything come up?

What changed?

And how did this healing light feel within your body?

How are you different now?

It's important to be grateful of every single change,

However small it may be.

Healing is about progress,

Not perfection.

So if you got any relief,

Be grateful for it.

Finally,

Place both of your hands on your heart,

Thanking your body for showing up,

For doing the work,

For being willing to heal and let your body heal and support your body heal.

And be mindful of any thoughts or insights that come up in the hours and days after this healing process.

Relax your hands.

Slowly start making small movements with your shoulders,

With your head,

With your wrists,

Waking up your body.

And when you're ready,

Take a long deep breath in.

Hold it.

Smile.

Open your eyes and release.

And so it is.
