In this meditation,

You will get a chance to deepen your understanding of happiness so that you are able to instill it in your life in a more conscious and lasting way.

Let's start by pondering on the emotion of happiness.

Ask yourself,

What does happiness feel like?

What emotions does happiness inspire within you?

Observe happiness in an energetic form and allow it to flow through your body,

Instilling you with its vibration.

How does it feel?

If happiness had a form,

What would it look like?

What color would it be?

What texture would it have?

What would it smell like?

What would it sound like?

What would happiness taste like?

Now imagine the energy of happiness transforming into a glorious temple of light.

You are standing inside the temple,

Surrounded by all these feelings,

Sounds,

Taste,

Smells,

Textures,

And energy that you experienced.

In this temple,

There is a golden staircase that goes down into its depth,

Where the essence of happiness is at its purest form.

Take a long deep breath in,

And with the exhale,

Go down one level,

And allow yourself to experience this deeper level of happiness.

Let this high vibrating essence envelop you and inspire you.

What does it feel like?

How is it different from your previous experience of happiness?

Use your five senses to explore this energy.

What does happiness look like here?

What does it smell like?

What does it sound like?

What does it taste like?

Take another deep breath in,

And with the exhale,

Go down one more level,

Expanding your experience of happiness to an even deeper level.

Bask in this new vibration,

And be open to understanding and learning more about it.

What does it feel like?

How is it different from what you experienced in the previous two levels?

How is it deeper?

Deeper than before?

What does it look like?

What does it taste like?

What does it sound like?

What does it smell like?

Take one more deep breath in,

And with the exhale,

Go down another level to explore an even purer and heightened state of happiness.

Explore this state with even more detail.

Bask in this new vibration,

And with the exhale,

Go down another level.

And with your next exhale,

Walk down one more level.

As you look down the staircase,

You realize that it never really reaches the bottom.

Since happiness has no boundaries,

The emotion and experience of happiness is in a constant state of expansion,

Of becoming more and more just like you.

Allow yourself to simply be in this pure state of happiness that you're in right now,

And let it merge with your physicality.

Let it uplift every single atom of your body.

In this blissful state,

Start coming back to your physical body.

By making small circular movements with your wrists and feet,

Rolling your head around clockwise and anticlockwise,

Moving your shoulders,

When you're ready,

Take a long deep breath in,

Hold it,

Smile,

And open your eyes to limitless happiness.
