This short Yoga Nidra is designed to support the cultivation of self-compassion. Self-compassion isn’t always easy to access — for many, it can feel unfamiliar or even undeserved. This practice provides a gentle space to welcome kindness toward yourself, or simply to soften self-criticism, creating the conditions for compassion to arise naturally, in its own time. During this session, you’ll move with intention through the first two layers of awareness. You’ll be guided through a slow rotation of consciousness, inviting warmth or gentle awareness to each part of the body. Then, resting in the breath body, the practice uses the natural rhythm of your breath to bring tenderness and compassion into the heart space, allowing relaxation, ease, and presence to deepen. This practice is ideal for anyone seeking a short, restorative break, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and foster a deeper connection with yourself. Music by Music Of Wisdom
