Gemma Rogers (MBACP) is a psychotherapeutic counsellor, career change coach, and Yoga Nidra teacher based in the UK. Her work on Insight Timer focuses on the three pillars of her approach: Rest, Regulation, and Reconnection, offering a calm, steady space for deep rest, nervous system support, and deeper self-awareness. Her offerings centre on Yoga Nidra (aka NSDR: Non-Sleep Deep Rest), with occasional guided visualisations, breath awareness, and mindfulness-based meditations to gently complement the core practice.
