Hi,

I'm Gail Carroll,

Tarot Reader and Elemental Coach and welcome to this 5 minute practice that combines Tarot with Mindful Intention Setting.

Today I'll guide you through a simple ritual using just one Tarot card to help ground yourself and bring focus and clarity to your day.

Whether you're looking for guidance or just want to stay present,

This practice will help you align with your higher self.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath together.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Now take a moment to connect with yourself.

Think about what you want to bring into your day.

Is there a question or feeling that's been on your mind?

It might be something like,

What energy do I need today?

Or how can I stay centred as I move through the day?

Now if you have a Tarot deck nearby,

Take a moment to shuffle it or you can imagine yourself drawing a card.

As you shuffle,

Keep your question or intention in mind.

When you feel ready,

Draw a single card and take a good look at it.

What do you see and how does the card make you feel?

If you don't have a deck with you,

Place your hand on your heart,

Close your eyes and imagine pulling a card.

Which card do you see?

For instance,

Maybe the Magician,

Which represents focus,

Empowerment and using the tools at your disposal to manifest your intentions.

Now reflect on the card you've drawn.

Ask yourself,

How does this card relate to my life today?

What wisdom does it have to offer me?

For example,

If you pulled the Magician,

You might reflect on how you can bring more focus and intention to your tasks today,

Using the resources you have at hand.

You could ask yourself,

Where can I step into my own power today?

How can I take control of my time and energy?

If you pulled a card like the Hermit,

Perhaps the message is to take a moment for introspection,

To slow down and seek inner guidance before making any big decisions.

Whatever card you've drawn,

Allow it to shape your day with mindfulness and purpose.

Now let's take a moment to set an intention based on your card.

Close your eyes if it feels comfortable and repeat silently to yourself,

Today I align with the wisdom of my Tarot card.

I move through my day with mindfulness and purpose,

Trusting the guidance I've received.

Feel the energy of your card grounding you in this present moment.

Imagine carrying its message with you as you move through your day.

When you're ready,

Slowly bring your attention back to the present.

Take another deep breath in and out.

And remember,

You can return to this practice any time you need clarity or focus.

Tarot is always there as a tool to help you connect to your inner wisdom.

Thank you for sharing these moments with me today.

May your day be filled with insight,

Purpose and mindfulness.
