This is a brief guided meditation where we release any tension and energetic blocks stored in your body. This would be a good reset meditation that you can do any time, even in the middle of the day, especially if you need to create space for yourself to reground and release any energies that are not yours, allowing your body and your energy field to receive clearing and nourishment.

I invite you to get into a very comfortable position and make sure you find a space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of this meditation.

I will give you a little bit of time to get there.

You can be laying down or in a comfortable seated position and know that at any which point when you feel like you need to adjust your position to get more comfortable,

You're welcome to do so.

Let's begin with three clearing breaths where you take a very deep inhale through your nose and take a big exhale through your mouth where you're releasing all the tension.

Let's begin.

Deep inhale and a big release.

Deep inhale and a very big exhale.

Last one.

Big inhale and release a big sigh out.

You can just continue to breathe normally through your nose and allow yourself to drop into your body.

Allow your body to get into a relaxed state.

Wherever you are in your day or your evening,

Release it.

Release everything that surrounds the moment where you are at now.

This present moment belongs to you only.

Everything else can stay outside.

You're in a very safe space where we are going to be allowing the tensions of our bodies to dissolve.

Release energies that don't belong to us.

We're going to be doing a body scan.

Let's invite a beautiful warm white light to enter the crown of our heads.

The warmth of this light is meant to dissolve the tensions in our body.

Feel it traveling down your head allowing it to soften your skin.

Dissolving any tensions,

Any micro tensions.

Softening the space between your brows.

As it travels down,

It allows you to loosen the clench on your jaw allowing it to relax.

As the warmth of this light makes its way down to your throat,

Dissolving any pent-up tension.

Allowing it to open up,

Dissolving any stresses that hold you back from verbalizing or vocalizing what you need to say.

Slowly making its way down to your shoulders.

Release everything that you've been carrying.

Making its way to your upper back.

Dissolving,

Dissolving,

Dissolving to your middle back and your lower back.

Just dissolving any tensions or any blocks in the area,

Any heaviness.

All that is being dissolved.

Now feel the warmth on your chest as it expands through your stomach area.

Allow yourself to release any anxiety stored in that space.

Just allow for this bright white light to dissolve any anxiousness in that space.

Making its way down to your hips and your pelvic area.

Melting away anything that you've been carrying in that space.

And now down to your thighs,

Releasing any tension.

Replenishing,

Replenishing your legs.

Restoring the energies.

Making its way down your calves and doing the same.

Bringing light to the legs,

The body part that carries you anytime you need to get anywhere.

And of course down to the soles of your feet,

The part of you that grounds you.

Releasing any tension from the area.

As this white light continues to expand to your edges,

Clearing out any more tensions or blockages in your body.

Allow yourself to just melt into the surface that supports you.

This allows the beautiful white light to nourish you and ground you and protect you.

You're now being replenished with new energies.

New energies that belong to you.

You've now released energies that don't belong to you or that don't serve you.

As you allow for these energies to expand in your energetic field around you.

Let's give gratitude to your body for doing what it does.

Gratitude to your body that we sometimes take for granted.

Express gratitude to your body for what it's done,

Where it's gotten you so far,

And what it's about to do for you.

As you continue your journey,

Your day,

Your week,

Your months,

Your year,

Your life.

Honor your body.

As this beautiful light dissolves in every cell and every fiber of your being,

Let's slowly come back into your space,

Your physical space.

I invite you to take three final deep breaths as we close this meditation.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Okay,

Let's begin.

Deep inhale and big exhale.

Deep inhale and big exhale.

Take a very deep inhale,

Allowing for all the goodness and the gratitude to stay in your body,

Replenish your body,

And exhale to release all that you're leaving behind.
