Welcome,

Thank you for being here with me Gabriella D'amore for this mindful moment.

Take a few nice long slow deep breaths as we settle into this practice.

Breathing in deeply in through the nose,

Letting go fully out through the nose or the mouth.

Today I want to be grateful for my physical body.

I make a commitment today to refuse to place value on my life in terms of how attractive I am.

I refuse to place my value in this world simply based on my physical appearance.

I refuse to speak to myself with criticism,

Contempt or doubt.

Today I am grateful and loving towards my physical body.

I commit to speaking lovingly to my body wherever I'm at in my journey.

I give my body permission to shine.

I am beautiful.

I will take care of my body lovingly.

I will be kind towards my body.

I appreciate my body and all that it does for me every single day.

I am more than my physical body.

Enjoy a few more moments of deep breathing.

Thinking loving and supportive thoughts towards your body.

Being grateful for all that it does.

Being grateful for every part of you from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Today I practice body love and commit to loving,

Kind and supportive thoughts only.
