Sitting with a straight spine and relaxed shoulders.
Close your eyes gently.
Take a moment to release any tension and bring your awareness to the present moment.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your chest and abdomen to expand.
Hold the breath for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any stress or tension.
Breathing in,
Holding the breath for a moment and then breathing out.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more present and centered.
Breathing in,
Holding and breathing out.
Now bring to mind a positive affirmation that resonates with you.
It could be a phrase like,
I am confident and capable,
Or I radiate positivity and attract good things.
Repeat this affirmation silently or aloud with conviction.
Visualize the words manifesting as a vibrant energy around you.
With each repetition,
Feel the power of positive thinking infusing your mind.
Now shift your focus to your body.
As you continue to affirm positivity,
Imagine a warm,
Golden light surrounding you.
Picture this light gradually moving through your body,
Starting from the top of your head.
Feel it enveloping each part,
Bringing a sense of warmth and positivity.
Allow this radiant energy to dissolve any remaining tension or negativity.
And as we conclude this short meditation,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Take a final deep breath,
Inhaling positivity and exhaling any lingering stress.
Know that you can return to this space of positive thinking whenever you need to uplift your spirits.
