Meditation On The Impermanence

I invite you to do this meditation in a quite Place and have a Journal to do some reflections after practice. Nothing is permanent Every thing constantly change moment to moment, Breath by Breath. Enjoy what you areand have here and now and let go what hold you back.

Hello beautiful souls,

I'm Fabi and today I'm going to guide you towards a meditation about the impermanence.

So I invite you to find any comfortable sitting position,

Wherever you are.

Sit on a block or in a cushion.

Be sure that you are completely comfortable in your position.

Gently put your hands in Chin Mudra or Gnan Mudra,

The thumb is touching the second finger and rest on your knee.

When you feel ready,

Close your eyes and just become aware of your physical body in this moment.

Notice how your body feels today.

Notice your legs,

Your spine,

Your shoulder,

Your face,

The tip of your fingers,

Your hands,

Your arms.

Just notice any sensation,

Any feeling in your physical body.

Try to relax a little bit your body with every exhalation.

If you notice any tension with every inhalation,

Allow yourself to nourish your body and with every exhalation allow this tension to let go.

Bring your awareness to your belly and soften your belly.

Be sure that there is no resistance and just do some belly breath.

When you inhale,

You expand a little bit your belly,

When you exhale,

You put your belly in.

Inhale,

Count five,

Expanding your belly and exhale,

Count five,

Belly in.

Now scan your body from toes to head and from head to toes.

Try to scan very slowly from the tip of your toes,

The feet,

The calf muscle,

Knee,

Legs,

Belly,

Chest,

Shoulder,

Arms,

Hands,

All the way up towards your face and head.

And then from your head all the way down towards your toes.

Try to scan every single part of your body,

Becoming aware of all the parts of yourself.

Any organs,

Any cells,

Anything.

Notice how this body went towards its evolution,

Its transformation.

Since you were a child,

Since you were born,

Or maybe even since you were in your mother's womb.

Your muscles have changed,

Your bones have changed,

Your size,

Your height.

Just become aware that every single moment your body is transforming itself.

Changing,

Changing,

Changing.

Our body is just a vehicle for live and experiment life.

We don't have this body forever,

So maybe just take care of your body as much as you can to keep it healthy.

To keep it full of vitality.

But at some point our body will leave us as well.

So can you observe your body with detachment?

To become aware of every single change your body is ever passing through.

And it's not just our body that is impermanent,

But also the body of the people around us.

All of us passing towards the same cycle of birth and death.

And become aware of your mind,

Your thoughts,

Your behavior,

Your attitude.

Notice also how they change towards your life.

Changing moment by moment,

Day by day,

Breath by breath.

Our interests have changed.

Our likes and dislikes have changed.

Nothing is the same as before.

Notice this change as something that is not more there,

But is different.

It's a transformation.

And even the person you were maybe is not more there.

The child that you were is still you,

But has gone.

Your childhood has passed.

Or maybe you have changed job,

House,

Partners,

Friends.

And the person that were with these people is not you anymore.

Or at least is not here now.

Nothing is permanent and everything changes moment by moment.

What you can learn from this is to enjoy any given breath.

Any given situation.

Any person.

Anything you have here and now.

Enjoy without attachment.

We are constantly in a process of evolving and transformation.

And this is the law of impermanence.

Everything changes moment by moment.

And if you are struggling right now,

If you have worries,

Pain.

Also pain is momentary.

It will pass and go.

And with detachment we can also see this pain.

A knowledge that is impermanent.

And in front of pleasure we can just decide and make a choice to live fully.

Because we know that it will not last forever.

Enjoy your body.

Enjoy the people around you.

Enjoy your actual situation.

Live it fully.

There is only one thing that is always there.

It is your awareness.

Your consciousness.

The witness and the observer of this impermanence of life.

So invite yourself to be present in the present.

To be aware of being aware.

To enjoy any given breath.

Any given moment.

It is the most precious gift.

And it is the moment to let go.

Have the strength and courage.

Everything passing away.

Let's send the vibration of the OM to our body.

Bring your hands in prayer position,

Anjali Mudra.

Let's chant one time OM and three times chanting.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Hari Om Tat Sat.

Gently rubbing your hands.

Generating heating with your hands.

Put your hands on your eyes,

Massaging your eyes.

And open your eyes inside of your hands.

And when you feel ready you can come back.
