Welcome to this meditation on Satya,
Truthfulness.
This meditation is dedicated to the second Yama.
After Aimsa,
Satya,
We will have Asteya,
Brahmacharya,
And Aparigarya.
And those are the moral principles on who yoga is based.
So just find any comfortable sitting position,
Cross leg,
Or you can also sit on a chair,
Or if you prefer to lie down,
You can also do it.
Find a position that you can maintain for at least 15 minutes.
Gently close your eyes,
Put your hands on your knee,
Start by relaxing your legs,
Softening your face,
Your shoulders,
Lengthen your spine,
And just become aware of your breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And just observe how you feel now,
How your physical body feels into this space.
And if you find any restriction or tension or unnecessary,
Just breathe in here.
And let everything go with your mouth.
Observe your mind.
And notice if there are any worries,
Notice any fears.
And let them go.
And just start by observing your physical body.
How do you love your body?
How you are true to yourself?
Can you show up as you are?
Or there is something that you try to hide?
And maybe breathe in some acceptance into yourself.
And let go any shame from your mouth.
And just breathe in.
In your true.
And breathe out from your true.
How do you speak?
Do you always say you're true?
Or there is something that you want to say but you are stop?
What is hold you back?
Breathe in here.
And let it go.
Continue to breathe in and breathe out in your true.
Breathe out all the words that you want always to say.
But you get stuck.
And which any breathe out,
You can make the sound.
Clear your throat to say your truth.
Clear your throat to say your truth.
And release the breath in your throat.
Just feel this clarity in your word.
Satya.
Be true with yourself.
Be true with your word.
And now ask yourself,
Do I know the real me?
Who I am?
What I am?
Feel your true light.
Feel this light inside of your heart.
As the true inside of you.
The true knowledge.
Feel your breath in your heart.
Feel this light expanding.
As something authentic to yourself.
The authenticity of your soul.
Watch the true in front of you.
And promise yourself to always speak your true with the principle of ahimsa,
To not harm the others.
To shine forth as you are.
To shine forth with your perfect imperfection.
Because the world needs the real you.
The world needs the real you.
The world needs the real you.
Living in satya.
Just put your hands in a prayer position close to your heart.
Feeling the vibration of your heart.
Traveling through your body.
Feel this unique vibration.
The vibration that you are.
And just when you feel ready,
You can move your head.
Say thank you to your heart.
Thank you to the universe.
Thank you to this special soul that you are.
From my heart to yours.
Namaste.
When you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
Or you can stay in meditation as long as you need.
