And today I'm going to guide you in a meditation to release fears and welcome trust.
I just invite you to find any comfortable sitting position,
Wherever you are.
Cross your leg or sit in a cushion.
Find yourself in a position that you are completely comfortable for 15-20 minutes.
Start by closing your eyes,
Relaxing your shoulder,
Lengthen your spine.
Be sure that your hands are soft,
In jhana mudra or chin mudra on your knee.
Your eyes are closed,
Your forehead is relaxed.
And just notice,
Notice the breath into your nostril.
Become aware of the natural movement of your belly and chest when you breathe in and when you breathe out.
Take just a deep breath in with your nose,
Fill it up your lungs and let it go slowly and softly.
You can activate your ujjali breath by contracting your throat every time that you exhale.
Inhale and make the oceanic sound with your throat when you exhale.
Just become aware of your physical body,
How your body feels now.
Try to observe how it feels without trying to change it or control it.
Just become the observer of your own experience.
Notice any tingling sensation in your skin,
In your fingers.
Notice your belly,
The movement of your belly with your breath.
Notice any comfort or discomfort that may your body feel it now.
Just observe it.
Now start to direct your breath in your kidney.
Direct your breath in your kidney and feel that with your breath you give a lot of nourishment and light and wellness to your kidney.
Inhale and exhale in these powerful organs that they conserve the essence,
Our vital essence.
Keep on breathing in your kidney,
Give them a lot of nourishment,
Well-being,
Softness,
Relaxation.
The kidneys store our past,
Our future and our present.
They are connected with the water and the fire element.
And kidneys are also connected with fears.
So become aware of the fears that may you have faced in your life.
Every time that they arise,
What is your sensation in your body?
Thinking about something that you are scared of.
Just notice,
Notice your heartbeat.
And take a deep breath in with your nose.
Breathe in these fears.
And release with your mouth.
Exhale out.
Just welcome,
Welcome these fears to be there.
And notice how maybe in your life by facing these fears,
Allow you to find courage and strength,
Fire.
You may have faced these fears with fires and allow life to bring you where you were supposed to be.
Maybe you have just trust,
Trust a little bit more.
Trust in your good,
Trust in your heart,
Trust in the universe.
Just recognize how trust is the enemy of fears.
It's the one that makes you feel good,
Feel strong,
Feel powerful.
Keep on breathing.
And notice yourself empowering by these fears.
Notice how sometimes it's just a question of letting go,
Of trust the flow of life.
And be like water,
Trusting with this fluidity that maybe sometimes we cannot control the things,
But they flow as they have to flow.
Just witness,
Witness all the fears that arise with awareness.
Allow them to express as they want.
And say thank you,
Thank you to these fears to make you find the courage within you.
To make maybe the decision that change a little bit your path,
Your destiny,
Your life.
Keep on breathe deeply with Ujjali breath.
Allow you to stay in the moment,
In the present.
Be the observer of your own experience.
Notice how these fears sometimes they were not real.
They were just imagination that you create in your mind.
Just the fluctuation and allow them to disappear as the wave of the ocean.
Because this fear of future may sometimes don't allow you to live fully focused,
Fully present.
Ujjali breath,
Breathe there.
Oceanic sound,
The victory sound,
The victory over your fears.
Inhale with your nose and exhale contracting your throat and make the oceanic sound.
And when you feel ready just come back to the present moment,
Come back to your body.
You may start to move your fingers a little bit into your knee,
Massaging your knee.
And put your hands in a prayer position close to your heart for a moment.
Invite gratitude,
Gratitude.
Invite gratitude towards all the challenge,
All the fears that arrive into your life.
And let's chant one OM in our hands,
In our heart.
Gently grabbing your hands with this powerful vibration.
And put your hands into your kidney behind your lower back.
Give to your kidney some warming energy.
Put your hands close to your heart again.
Give to your heart some warming energy.
And put your hands in front of your eyes.
And when you feel ready you can open your eyes inside of your hands.
And coming back.
