Welcome to this session of meditation today with a free episode.
Today we are going to explore the five bodies that we have.
So I gently invite you to find any comfortable sitting position,
Cross leg,
And you can put your hands on your knee or one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly,
But find a position that you can hold for at least 20 minutes.
When you find your comfortable sitting position,
You can also sit on a chair if you like.
Just close your eyes.
Start by relaxing your shoulder,
Lengthen your spine,
And just become aware about your legs,
The point of your skin in contact with the floor or with the chair or with any external object that is not yourself.
Just become aware about your hands,
Gently,
On your knee.
Become aware of your arms,
Of your spine that is lengthened and tall.
Just become aware of your belly and just start to notice the breath in your belly.
Notice your internal organs,
Your GI tract,
Your stomach,
Your pancreas,
Your kidney,
And become aware of your chest,
Your heart,
The beating of your heart.
Become aware of your lungs and notice your breath in your chest.
And bring your awareness in your neck,
In your throat,
And observe your breath traveling through your throat,
Your chest,
And your belly.
And notice the breath from your belly to your chest through your throat,
And when you exhale,
You go all the way down from your throat through your chest through your belly.
Try to not control the breath,
Just notice its natural movement in your physical body.
And become aware of your face,
Your cheek,
Your lips,
Your mouth.
And bring the tip of your tongue on your upper palate,
In your key Chirimudra.
And become aware of your nostril and the air passing through your nostril.
Keep your eyes softly closed,
Your eyebrows relaxed.
And notice the space between your eyebrows.
Inhale and exhale in your physical body.
Just notice your head,
Your brain.
Just become aware about your body in this space.
Notice your bones.
Observe each bone of your physical body.
The bones on your feet,
On your legs,
In your hips,
Your spinal cord,
Your thorax,
Your shoulder,
Your arms,
Your hands,
And all your skull.
The muscle of your face.
Just connect with this skeletal system.
And we are not able to move ourselves without the muscle,
So just start to observe the muscle of your physical body.
The muscle in your physical body.
In your feet,
In your legs,
Around your hips,
In your abs,
In your back,
In your chest,
Shoulder,
Arms,
Hands,
Neck,
And the muscle around your face.
All the muscle of your physical body.
And notice inside of this body the blood running through your muscle,
Close to your bones.
Feel how this blood flow in all the direction.
Feel your heart that is pumping this blood.
Just become aware of your body,
Of your physical body here and now.
This is your vehicle,
Your temple,
Your house.
Just observe it as it is.
Send to your body love and light.
And let's go a little bit deeper,
Traveling through the center of ourself.
Just start to notice any electrical sensation,
Tingling sensation in your body.
Maybe in your hands you can feel some electricity.
In your legs,
Just notice some river of energy traveling through you.

000 rivers of energy are traveling in your energy body.
Connect with your central nadi,
Sushunda,
The nadi that travels through your spinal cord.
And feel this flow of energy traveling all the way up in your spinal cord and all the way down with each breath that you take.
Connect with the center of this fluidity.
Muladhara chakra,
The root,
The space between your anus and your genital.
You just start to feel the energy in this point.
Notice it with no expectation,
No judgment,
Just notice whatever you feel.
Connect with the energy center between your anus and your genital.
And travel all the way up,
Just a little bit through your spine.
Find your svadhisthana,
Your svadhisthana chakra in the area of your ribs.
Just notice this energy,
This vortex in your ribs.
Any sensation,
Vibration,
Fluctuation,
Notice it.
Notice this sensation.
And just go a little bit up in the area of your solar plexus.
The space in your solar plexus,
Just a little bit above your navel center.
Manipura chakra.
Feel this vortex of energy in your solar plexus.
Observe it.
And travel a little bit up through your heart,
In your heart space.
In your anahata chakra,
The heart energy center.
Do you have the same sensation of the previous chakra or is it different?
Notice anything arise.
And go all the way up through your throat,
Your vishuddhi chakra.
Which type of feeling,
Sensation you feel now.
And let's go all the way up through your third eye,
The space between your eyebrow center.
Your anumya chakra.
Just become aware of your third eye.
And go all the way up.
A little bit more up than your physical body.
Just one finger on top of your head.
Can you feel your sahasra chakra?
Can you feel something outside your physical body?
Can you feel the energy flowing through you?
And let's travel through our mind body.
Manas,
Mind.
What is in your mind now?
Are you thinking something?
Or you are aware of what happened to you?
Can you serve your thoughts?
If there is some distraction now,
Take a deep breath in in this distraction.
And let them go with your mouth.
Releasing,
Relaxing.
There are any fears,
Worries,
Unnecessary thoughts.
Just breathe in.
And let them go with your mouth.
Get free of this vritti,
This fluctuation.
To be able to feel and be as you are.
Let's go deeper.
And connect with your intuition.
Your inner wisdom.
What your inner wisdom is trying to tell you now.
Who you are.
Why you are here.
What you have to do now.
What is your gift?
Water does me stop.

How can you overcome?
How you can overcome?
Allow the answer to arrive.
Allow yourself to receive the answer that you are looking for.
And just connect with something deeper and higher.
Connect with your soul.
Connect with this light.
Feel the light from your heart shining forth.
Feel yourself as under a waterfall of light and pure awareness.
Feel the bliss.
Feel the joy.
Feel the light of your soul.
And just stay in this state of meditation.
As long as you need.
As long as you want.
As long as you feel.
