Welcome.
I'm so pleased that you're here with me today.
Today's meditation is a deeply restorative experience using imagery of golden light to cleanse,
Renew and uplift your energy.
It's a perfect time to use this meditation for moments when you feel drained,
Scattered,
Weighed down or in need of an energetic reset.
And throughout our time together and during this meditation you'll be guided through a shimmering golden light that washes through your body and your aura,
Releasing any heaviness and clearing stagnant energy and restoring clarity and radiance.
This is your time to return to your natural glow,
To feel lighter,
To feel renewed.
So when you're ready I invite you to settle into stillness and allow the warmth of this golden light to begin surrounding you.
As we settle in just find a comfortable position and allow your eyes to close gently or if you prefer to just soften your gaze to an object or a point in the room that you're in.
Feel the weight of your body,
Your breath softening and your energy beginning to settle.
And just let everything slow down and everything outside of you being here and in this practice just let it fade into a distant hum for the time being.
For all that you have to do right now is be right here.
There's nothing that you need to do or rush to or complete.
You don't need to be productive right now or prove anything to anyone.
And now that you're in your comfortable position,
I'd like you to imagine a warm gentle glow just above the crown of your head.
It's a golden light,
It's pure and it's radiant.
And this light holds cleansing,
It holds renewal and it holds peace and it's here for you.
You can feel the glows warmth,
It feels safe and protective,
It feels peaceful.
You can feel this golden light descending,
You can feel the golden light begin to pour down slowly through the top of your head.
It's soft like honey and warm like sunlight.
And as it sweeps across your mind,
It's gently helping you sweep away any noise,
Any unwanted thoughts or old thoughts that do not belong to you.
Imagine the golden light reaching your temples,
Flowing over your nose,
Your cheekbones,
Down to your jaw and allow your jaw to relax here.
Let go of any tension that you might be holding.
The light moves softly down to your throat,
Softening every space of your body that it touches.
Imagine the light reaching your neck and your shoulders.
And if you're sat upright,
Allow your shoulders to come away from your ears.
And if you're lying down,
Allow the ground beneath you to take the weight of your shoulders.
Allow gravity to do its job and let the ground take the weight of your shoulders.
Allow your shoulders to sink into the ground.
The golden light slowly moves its way down your arms,
Down your chest,
Around your heart space.
Down to your hands and your fingers,
Your fingertips.
You can feel that warm glow so comforting.
It moves its way down to your hips,
Your upper legs,
Your knees.
All the way down your legs until it reaches your feet.
And now your whole body is encapsulated in this wonderful warm glow.
Your body is held inside a gentle orb of this shimmering light.
And inside this sphere,
You are safe,
You are protected,
And you are deeply supported.
And the light moves like a soft breeze through your aura that surrounds your body,
Clearing any heaviness,
Any stuck emotions,
Or anything that has been draining your energy.
And let this light sweep upward and downward in gentle waves.
And every breath that you're taking deepens the cleansing and the renewal.
Now the golden light begins to glow brighter.
Not harshly,
But it's radiant.
And it fills your field with warmth,
Vitality,
And softness.
And you can feel the energy around you becoming lighter,
Brighter.
And you can feel your whole being recalibrating,
Like your energy is remembering how to breathe again.
And you stay with this sensation,
Letting the golden light realign everything with clarity,
Peace,
And gentle strength.
The golden light now draws closer to your body.
And as it draws in,
It rests softly at your heart center.
You may feel more restored,
A little more renewed.
And we'll just take some slower but gentle breaths here together as you feel your energy settle into this new harmony.
I'd like you to take one gentle but deep breath in through your nose.
Holding for a moment at the top.
And exhaling out through your mouth with an audible sigh.
We'll take another deep but gentle breath in through your nose.
Holding for an extra sip of air at the top.
And exhaling out through your mouth with a sigh.
One final deep breath here together in through your nose.
Holding at the top.
And exhaling out through your mouth with a sigh.
And then allowing your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.
And as we begin to return gently,
Bringing our awareness back to our bodies,
You may wish to bring some gentle movement back.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Maybe moving your head gently side to side for a gentle neck stretch.
Maybe rolling your shoulders gently forward and backwards.
And when you feel ready,
If you've had your eyes closed,
Gently open your eyes when you feel ready.
Or bring your awareness and gaze back to the room that you're in.
And I invite you to carry this golden glow with you throughout the rest of your day or evening.
