So let's drop in together,
Yeah?
We have a short amount of time to go deep and to connect.
Today is an auspicious day for those of you who are celebrating the Festival of Lights,
Chanukah.
So if you are celebrating,
Then the practice will share this morning can help connect more deeply to the inner light that is the essence of this holiday.
Hi,
Valerie.
So I want to invite you to,
Wherever you find yourself at this time,
To find a comfortable position,
A place of sitting or even lying down that feels good.
You can feel settled.
You can drop in.
And if you happen to be listening to this while you're on a run or a walk,
Then that works too.
You just have to use some magic to connect on the inside even as your body moves on the outside.
So if you're sitting,
Just take a moment to just feel,
Like feel the contact of your body on the chair or the cushion or the floor,
Wherever you may be sitting or however you are positioned.
It's kind of like letting yourself feel the weight of gravity sinking your body down more fully into the earth.
So it's a letting go and it's an allowing of the weighted presence of the body to really connect with the stability and the foundation of earth.
Take a moment to just feel that.
Feel what that's like and we can use the breath to assist us here.
So with each breath,
Allow the breath to to fill the dimensional space of the body all the way down into the legs and the feet and the pelvis,
Connecting you even more into this sense of the earth,
The ground.
I'll take a few breaths and breathe with me.
And on the in-breath,
The body fills with the presence of and the energy of the breath filling and then on the out-breath,
The body sinks even deeper in to the substance of the earth.
And as you drop in in this way,
You may start to notice more of a sense of settling through your whole system,
A sense of stilling or stillness,
Like a landing more fully into the here and now,
Into the connection with what is totally real right now,
Just right here.
You may notice your thinking mind quieting.
And with each breath,
With each deepening movement into the ground of earth,
The thoughts start to slow and even stop.
Allow yourself to just be here now in this space of no thought,
Just feeling the support and the presence of earth,
The resting and the repose of the body,
The stillness and the spaciousness that is in the mind at this time.
Settle into this state of just being.
You may start to notice as the connection with the earth becomes more palpable,
More full,
More seamless,
You may start to notice a living sense of presence,
Like almost like a vibration or even a flow of life,
Energy rising up from the core of the earth,
From the living center of the earth consciousness up into the body.
Our bodies are constituted by earth,
Of earth.
We are earth beings.
And so when we plug in here like this,
We're connecting to the grids of light that are the offsprings,
The products of the earth itself.
We are the offspring of earth.
So feel this connection and see how that feels in your body if you open to this.
Notice any sense of presence of substance moving through and filling the body.
And with this just continue the breathing,
Connecting with each breath to this substance,
To this flow of presence as we connect more deeply to our source.
And now as we are established more fully in the here-now presence of earth and its consciousness and its energy and its presence,
As the light of its life force flows through us,
We also want to invite now the light of the heavens,
The primordial light from the celestial realms,
From the source of all consciousness,
Of all substance.
It's as if the living presence of our body awakens to its innermost nature and the inner light can begin to reveal itself more clearly to shine forth from each cell of our body.
As I speak these words just notice what you are experiencing.
Notice what your body is like,
What your consciousness feels like.
For at the heart of all presence,
Of all life,
Of all experience,
There is a primordial light of boundless love,
Space,
Freedom.
Allow this inner light,
The hidden light,
To reveal itself more clearly in your experience just by allowing it to shine forth,
To open inside of each cell of the body of each atom and molecule.
With each breath now,
Invite the breath to open like each cell is a flower just waiting to be touched in order to open and bloom and reveal her inner nature.
Allow the breath to penetrate through the body opening up each of your cell flowers to reveal its innermost hidden light,
The light of the divine primordial nature with its unconditional compassion and love.
With each breath allow the whole body to be touched and filled,
Opened and released so that the whole body now is becoming more and more with each breath a transparent luminous body of light,
The most expansive,
Loving,
Precious beautiful light.
Allowing yourself to feel even more deeply now,
The body of light,
It's as if every cell of the body has come alive,
Has woken up to itself as light and it's as if your perception is no longer coming from any kind of conventional thinking mind but it's like you can hear and see and feel reality from the living body of light.
Take a moment to feel into this.
It's as if the consciousness has become an embodied organism of luminous presence.
Now from this state we want to invite in the specific codes of light,
The specific structures of crystalline light that wish to be installed in our consciousness at this time.
What is it that we,
Each of us individually,
Need for our awakening,
For our evolution,
For our embodiment,
For our thriving as a living body,
As a body of light on earth.
And we want to invite celestial masters,
Primordial forces of goodness,
Pure love,
Pure light.
We want to receive from them right now the specific programs and codes that we need as an individual and as a collective at this time to optimize our potential as human beings,
To fulfill our individual and collective destinies.
And as I speak to it these codes of light descend through the realms and touch us,
Penetrate us,
And are gifted to us right now.
See what you notice and experience as you open and receive these gifts of light.
See how you are touched,
How it impacts you.
And with each breath can integrate and receive even more deeply.
Allow yourself to be penetrated and touched even more fully by the pure goodness and love of the divine realms.
It's like each code is a candle being lit and offered to more fully ignite,
Turn on,
And awaken our consciousness to what we truly are as an expansive boundless light body connected to all that is good and pure and sacred.
And now that we have each connected and received the specific codes of light offered at this time,
Let's hold the intention,
All of us together,
To connect ourselves to the collective grid of pure light,
To the true interconnected loving matrix of humanity where we can feel in our heart and through our body our desire for the good of the whole,
For the well-being of all to thrive.
And it's like we are connecting through this grid and being touched and touching all humans across time and space.
Humans who are truly connected to the earth and its life of flowing living water and also connected to the crystalline formless light of heaven.
Whole beings,
Each one of us and the collective,
Being infused with this vision,
With this experience of wholeness with each breath.
Feel the whole collective body of humanity be filled with the primordial light,
Be more fully connected and rooted into the presence of earth.
Feel what this is like to experience this connection,
An interconnection with the whole.
And so on this day may we all be blessed to continue to stay in deep connection with ourselves,
With our core,
With our root in earth,
With the primordial source of light of which we are to our offspring.
May we not forget the experience of connection be imprinted and stamped upon the protoplasm of our souls so that we remember throughout our day who and what we truly are and the grids of light to which we are connected,
Not just alone but as part of one whole human organism of light.
In this way may all of us be blessed for a healing on this planet,
For a remembering,
For the end of suffering,
For the well-being and the thriving of every living being.
And may the fruits of this practice be shared with all who come our way today and always.
