So let's begin with practice.
Once again,
Find a way of sitting that feels comfortable and at ease,
But also supported and connected through.
So take a few moments to feel into that place.
Feel into your body and see where more alignment and connection is wanting to find its way.
And allow the body's wisdom from the inside out to just adjust,
Adjust itself.
So that there's a sense of the pelvis kind of rooted as if it's tethered to the core of the earth,
Weighted.
If your feet are on the floor,
There's a sense of your feet as extensions of the pelvis,
Also rooted,
Anchored,
Connected.
And then once you find that spot through the subtle adjustments,
Where you can feel your pelvis and your feet.
Then check out your torso,
Your rib cage and your chest.
Is it resting easily,
Restfully on the pelvic bowl?
Does it feel supported?
If it doesn't,
Just again,
Just adjust your position to feel that connection.
So you can feel your torso in your pelvis and in your feet.
And once you feel that connection,
Just trust it and relax into that.
Once you find that connection,
Sense into your shoulder girdle and see if it's lined up with your torso and your belly and your pelvis.
Find that sweet spot where there's a sense of stacking.
The belly and the torso are comfortably stacked above the pelvis and the shoulder girdle is comfortably stacked above the chest and belly pelvis.
And now check out the neck,
The cervical structure and the cranium.
Is it resting comfortably supported on the shoulder girdle?
Where is its special spot here in the stacking and the alignment of the inner and outer bodies?
Take a few moments to find that spot.
Just move your head in micro movements until you can feel your pelvis in your head and your head in your pelvis as if there's an inner channel of connection all the way through.
Then once you feel that sense of connection through,
Trust it.
Allow it to continually micro adjust itself to maintain that sense of connection through the system.
Trust your body to know its optimal position and space.
Let it guide you.
As the alignment comes more clearly into focus,
Allow yourself to just rest in being,
Just being,
Just abiding.
The mind,
The thinking mind settles,
Quiets.
It comes more still.
The nervous system settles,
Becomes more quiet,
More still.
The belly relaxes.
Allow the breath to fill in the whole body.
As if the body itself is breathing,
The cells are being saturated with life breath.
With the living breath of life.
Nourishing and oxygenating and filling the cells.
Allow the cell membranes to relax a bit more,
Become a little bit more permeable to the life energy of the breath.
Allow the spaciousness that comes when we enter into the inner space.
The space of the cells.
As the cells receive more nourishment and light through the breath,
The body boundary itself begins to dissolve more and more.
The body itself becomes more transparent,
More permeable to the light and to the life of being.
Feel the whole body absorbing the light of being,
Becoming the light of being.
Wattrissville.
Allow the body of light.
To display itself more clearly.
