Sat Naam and welcome to Insight Timer.

My name is Wa and it's wonderful to be sitting together.

This meditation is to help us through the stresses of life.

Whether your life is extremely challenging or you have all that you need.

The mind likes to play trickery on us and create problems.

It's actually the mind's job.

The mind is a problem solver.

The mind is like a detective that always needs something to search for,

Something to figure out.

And so even if there are no real problems in your life,

Your mind might like to just create them so that it has something to do.

It likes to be busy.

It doesn't like to be idle.

So this meditation helps us go beyond that mind,

Beyond the problem child of our brain and come to a place of more joy and more vitality and a sense of confidence that we can handle whatever it is that is in front of us because we truly can.

The human being is one of the most resilient creatures on this planet.

We have an ability to adapt,

To create,

To move through,

To solve.

And so when we come to that place of confidence that we can handle,

We truly can handle what is in front of us,

The stress is gone.

The worry and the doubt of ourselves is elevated.

And that's what we want.

That's our goal is to live in that state of elevation that as life goes on,

We can handle it.

We can roll with it.

We have great grace and we have grit.

We have these two things that help us move through with more ease.

So enjoy this meditation.

You're going to chant.

You're going to use your voice.

You're going to allow this mantra,

This ancient sound current to come into your body,

Into your cells,

Into your organs.

The same way you would maybe go get a massage when you get stressed out or you have a hard work week.

You can create an internal massage with mantra by using your own voice to vibrate through your physical body to relieve that which might have built up.

So find your posture,

Continue on to the next track and enjoy this beautiful meditation with this beautiful music and have the experience of your own voice to heal your body,

To uplift your spirit,

And to release stress.

Sat Naam.
