Thank you so much dear Albin for your thoughtful words. I was so happy to find you today on Insight Timer timer. Every day is new and different, and it's good that we're on vacation. I've also sent my "inner critic" on holiday and am allowing myself some peace and quiet, as well as time to take care of myself. We women are usually there for others, fulfilling all our roles and responsibilities as if it were the most natural thing in the world, but you're right. It's also very, very important and incredibly healing to take care of ourselves and give ourselves love, even if it's just small moments, like with you this morning. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful meditation and for what you do for the world. Thank you so much and much love from Bettina.
