Today we push ourselves to go a bit deeper in meditation as we focus on our breathing and allow our minds to rest and sit in the stillness. THIS is how we connect to Spirit and feel the cleansing energy! Balance, my friends.

Namaste.

Welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.

So today we're gonna go deep.

You know,

I was thinking that I love chanting and I love the prayers that I find and that I read and the guided meditations and everything,

But you know what?

I think it's time for us.

You know,

I try to,

Like I always say,

I try to keep this,

Whatever this is,

This podcast I guess,

For beginners.

But you know what?

At some point,

I think sometimes we need to step out of our comfort zone and try something a little bit different,

A little bit more.

Okay?

So today we are going to jump right in and we are going to meditate and it's gonna be a little bit longer.

Not longer like in,

Like we're gonna go till 730 kind of thing.

Do you know what I mean?

Like not long until we,

You know,

But I mean we're gonna jump right in right now.

So yeah.

All right.

So let's get ourselves comfortable because today is a day to go deep.

Right?

We're gonna go deep and we're going to settle in to our own soul.

So let's get ourselves comfortable right away.

Close your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.

You can already feel the stillness gently coming over you.

Today we're going to focus on our breath.

So let's take a deep breath in and gently release it.

Very good.

So today as we sit in the stillness,

Today is about concentrating on ourselves,

Our breath and our own soul.

Let's just take a moment and be aware of our breath going in and out of our body.

In and out.

If you find yourself thinking about different things going on in your life,

That's absolutely okay.

Just push them aside and go back to your breath.

You can always picture your lungs opening up with every breath in.

Beautiful.

So in order to help us in our stillness,

We're going to use the mantra AUM.

So we say AUM just to ourselves in our minds.

AUM AUM AUM As we become aware of the beautiful spirit energy surrounding us right now,

Knowing that our souls are being filled with beautiful healing energy,

Continue to say AUM to yourself as you focus on your breath.

I will keep the time and let's continue.

AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM AUM Let's slowly start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Taking those last deep breaths as we say AUM to ourselves,

The hymn of the universe.

Let's take a deep breath in and release it very gently.

Beautiful.

Whenever you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

Namaste.

I hope that felt as good to you all as it did to me.

Sometimes we need to push ourselves and go a little bit deeper.

So I hope you take this calm and stillness with you the rest of the day.
