We constantly have a choice, to live in the light or the dark. When our hearts are light, we are light and can be of service to the world. We are joy and peace. Choosing to dance in the light allows us to be love, something that is truly needed today.

Welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert. I am Lori Albert and we are here to meditate. But first I am going to pick a card from my Archangel Michael Oracle card deck because Archangel Michael always has an extraordinary message. It's just always has an extraordinary message for us. So I've picked my card. Oh this is so sweet. This is so amazing. Okay and it's always like and it's like a general reading for like us all. Okay this one flew. I'm not kidding. It flew out of the deck whenever I was shuffling them. So I knew that this was the card I was supposed to read. This is the title of it. You and your loved ones are safe. God I hope that for us all right. Okay and here's the prayer. Dear God and Archangel Michael thank you for watching over me and my loved ones. Please help me feel secure and at peace and fill me with faith so that I may focus on my priorities and enjoy a beautiful happy life. That's so beautiful and that what a great way to start the day with something like that right. Love that. So um this weekend I was privileged to be part of a short sort of seminar. It's not really a seminar but a talk I guess I'll say from a shaman and you know this man just exudes light. That's all I can say. I mean that's the only way I can describe it. He just exudes light and purity you know I mean just amazing and one of the things he talked about and it was so significant because I had just gotten into a discussion online about how to approach things in life. We can choose. We have a choice at any given moment. We can choose light. We can choose to go down the lighted path or we can choose to go down the dark path and it's up to us. It's truly it's up to us which one we choose and we are constantly choosing that. Oh my gosh and I saw so much wisdom in that because we can choose fear. We can choose to go down the the conspiracy route or we can choose to go down the lighted path and it's amazing because one of the things that he talked about was 2020 is a time of us collectively sort of choosing the light and I just found that to be so extraordinary and I got asked because this big a different type of conversation but I got into another conversation with a group of people and I privately got asked how do you stay so I don't want to say stable because that's not the right word but how do you stay so calm and just you know I wouldn't say I'm always actually calm per se because I get mad when when somebody's picking on somebody else or you know that sort of thing I get kind of you know but if there's lying going on I just have a thing about all that but anyway I got asked how do you stay that how do you stay calm and how do you stay sort of even-keeled and I said because I am constantly choosing light as much as I possibly can and I I choose the positive way and I choose to keep my vibration high as high as I can at all times and it's not easy because there is so much negativity you know just charging at us right on a constant constantly constantly I'm constantly getting bombarded with negativity and all of that stuff but what we need to do is stay in the positive and how to do that is to start with one of the tools in the tool chest that I've talked about a million times is to stay grateful if we if we keep with in the in the way of gratitude and if we choose positivity choose positivity that is how we that is how we stay in the higher vibration and you know what I would much rather be in a state of higher vibration than lower right one of the things that he said the shaman said was that when we are of the light when we are in the light we are of good service we are doing others a good service because we are spreading the light because the light just keeps going the light is infinite compared to the darkness and the fear and in sadness and all of that right so I invite you to choose the positivity today this world so so needs that and even if you have difficulties finding the positive or finding the light it's there for you whenever you're ready wow that was channeled I'll just say that was channeled right that was channeled whenever you're ready the light is waiting for you oh you know before I do these meditations whatever you know the these talks I give up everything to spirit and some days it's easier than others and today I said I'm your vessel channel please channel through me and it's about the light today and the light is there whenever you're ready for it beautiful right okay so let's get ourselves comfortable because we are going to meditate on the positivity and just meditate on the light oh love that okay so let's get ourselves comfortable close your eyes whenever you feel like you are ready and let's take a nice deep breath in really deep in through your nose and out your mouth and release it isn't it true that when you release the breath you just kind of sink into it so perfect and let's imagine the light shining down on us Sammy which is the light imagine it all around us bathing us in the positivity and the beautiful light so today's mantra for us all is Ananda hum Ananda hum is I am bliss and this is yet another way to keep our vibration high Ananda hum even if you feel like you're not quite there sometimes the more you say it the higher your vibration goes up and it raises up and then all of a sudden you are bliss Ananda hum be gentle with yourself as we sit in meditation in silence and let's begin Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum Ananda hum I am bliss you can start bringing your awareness back to your bodies and let's take another deep breath in and release and then you can open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable gosh I just I feel so peaceful how about you guys I feel so peaceful and I and I I plan on the rest of the day when I have a choice even in my even in the moments when I'm not sure if I have a choice I'm going to choose the light choose the light today the world needs that right amazing I love this work and I am so blessed because I see so many people that sadly don't choose the light and don't know that the light exists basically and I'm so blessed to be able to understand and share this with you guys so thank you so much for joining today I appreciate you all so so much I really really do and until next time namaste everybody thank you
