Healing Through Change

Sometimes change is so sudden,

So drastic,

So unexpected,

It hits us like a tidal wave of emotion,

Of fear,

Of anxiety,

Of doubt,

Of wanting to cling to what we knew,

Not what is.

Change is the signal in our life that we are alive.

We are in it.

We are part of it.

We are being welcomed back in and sometimes pushed forward to continue this path that we have set upon,

That we chose in our soul contracts.

We chose these moments and we continue to choose steps that catapult us forward into the unknown,

Sometimes into heartbreak,

Sometimes into moments of magical unbelief.

And both of these moments are for our good,

Are for our growth,

Are for our evolution.

This magical wheel of life,

It's constantly moving.

We have to embrace that change and allow the transmutations to flow through us,

Allow the changes to give us the opportunity to make different choice points for our life and how we want to show up and how we want to love and how we want to live.

Allow the choice points to remind us that fun is not a given.

It's a must.

It's a must for us to continually to tap in and to let our playful self live and love and discover and just fully embrace this adventure of life.

Not all back,

Not wait till tomorrow,

Not do it because we feel like we must,

But live life with lust,

With fullness.

So that during the moments of chaotic change,

We can receive that with the clear heart,

With an open heart and grow through the sadness,

Grow through the shadow as much as we grow through the light.

Therefore it's as if this big wheel spins the shadow moments,

The moments of darkness is where the real change happens,

Is where we become our character,

Where many times our character is formed and where we're able to combine our personal wisdom together with our intuition,

Together with our heart,

Together with our passion,

Together with our compassion and create magical results,

A possibility of new intentions,

Of clear intentions,

Embracing our own noble values and letting them flow through our body,

Our mind,

Our soul,

Our heart,

Ourselves to recreate us anew each day,

Each moment.

It's a continual will of life that pushes and pulls,

Lifts us up to feel fully alive even in the moments where we almost feel dead.

This ebb and flow of light and dark,

Of win and loss,

It's all the same.

It's all the same of this embodiment of life and the beauty of having free will on these choice points of how we will show up,

Of how we will react and how we will be proactive to live the life that we want,

What matters to us,

What gives us meaning.

Gives us the ability to feel,

To feel our questions,

Not just ask them but to feel them in our body as a way of knowing,

As a way of choosing,

As a way of expressing creative excitement,

Creative expansion,

Creative sorrow of you and all that you are.

This energy of creator and destroyer is the essence of the wonderment of life.

It unlocks the doors of our divine love,

Our divine power and wisdom and it helps us push through the doors that feel heavy upon us.

To push through those doors with our inner strength,

Our inner faith and behold the light of our essence shining brightly from our inner star.

Our inner star shines bright even in our darkest days,

Sometimes that's when our star shines the brightest,

It glows and becomes more powerful,

Drawing to it love from others,

Drawing to it possibility,

Potential,

Options,

Abundance,

Pathways for new ways to start to shine and grow and evolve.

So yes,

Let us have the courage and the strength and the perseverance to step through that door on our darkest days when our heart weighs heavy,

When the world feels like it's against us as much as we have the strength to step through that door when we are lifted and love and emerge,

Emerge in our transformation,

Emerge from our choice points,

Emerge as a conscious multidimensional being of light,

Fully awakened,

Fully alive,

Ready to serve,

Ready to serve yourself and this planet and inspiring others to unlock their star,

To turn up that radiance and let it shine,

Let it beam,

Let it glow and with each shimmer of light others can experience their strength,

This warm honey glow,

Its attracting essence,

Its soft power,

Its omniscient presence and know that our inner star,

Our inner light will never dim regardless of what's going on in our bodies,

Regardless of what's going on in our minds,

The chaotic world around us,

Our inner star,

Our inner soul will live forever and will continue to shine,

Will continue to guide us when we need it most,

We just need to tap in and ask,

Ask the universe to show us new aspects of us that we haven't seen before,

Show us how to unlock our power,

How to unlock our potential,

How our flower,

Our blossoms can bloom further,

We all have our own way,

We all have our own secret passage,

There are no two flowers that are the same,

Yet we are all beautiful,

We are all beautiful in our own way and our inner stars shine with its own blueprints of illumination,

All things are not equal,

We fill up our cup of love just as we let our cup of love deplete and the way that you can love,

The way that you choose to love can be boundless,

The connection of source between you and the universe is constant,

There's no comparison in what is right or wrong but in what is.

In your cup of love,

Steel flow effortlessly as it is flowing in grief,

As it is flowing in sadness,

Does this love feel different,

Is this love different than an exuberant love,

It feels that way but it is the same,

It is life showing you that,

This one thing that you value so much exercises your heart and your range of emotions to expand,

To see life from different perspectives,

All of these pivot points to help you move forward in the way that you need and the grief that you're feeling is a gift to know that you are open,

You're caring,

Then you shared an emotional connection with another rare star,

Two starlights beaming together,

Wanting to be brighter through that connection,

Wanting to know the catalytic power of star power together,

It's your inner essence yearning for the other inner essence to connect and that radiance once again and that is the gift of being human,

It is our gift so embrace it because you know you have the power to persevere on in your own authenticity,

In all circumstances,

To use that cup of love to grow again stronger,

Deeper,

Bigger,

To see more widely the scope,

A possibility not only within this world but the next across all dimensions of time and space,

Past,

Present and future,

This is what sadness teaches us,

It teaches us the power of now,

It teaches us what it means to embrace this eternal moment of now for it may slip from you as soon as you slip from your cup of love,

It evokes us to a new awareness that where we put our attention is where our love grows,

Spiraling around us in a dance of universal energies,

Dancing with us to help us grow,

To help us see from a different way,

To feed us with emotional nourishment of understanding,

Of love,

Like a wizard in a night giving us awareness where we haven't seen before,

This is love,

The act of allowing new energy to flow through us to see things from a new perspective,

This is love,

The act of creating momentum,

New momentum,

Fresh momentum around it,

Area that was stuck,

This is love of self,

Coming together of patience,

Of action,

Of wisdom,

Of neutrality,

Of love,

And blending them into the most magical essence of knowing,

Of faith,

Employing them with the swift hands of a master,

Mastering our lives with the magic of a wizard,

With the authenticity of an angel,

And the realness of a human,

Knowing that the choices we make unfold the life that we wish to live,

That we are creating this reality as we're living here,

The things that tear us apart actually build us up stronger,

That as the night closes in,

Each night,

That darkness restores our power to embark,

Nourish the next moment,

With each new gray hair,

We embrace the new us,

That changes sometimes faster than we want,

And evolves into a being that we're not yet familiar with,

But one that reminds us that the capacity and capability of our oneself to create with the universe,

Alongside the universe,

The spiral of energy that pierces through every cell,

The colors of the world,

The colors of love,

That entire spectrum,

Is pulsing through us right now,

Ready to be leveraged,

Ready to be shared when we need it most,

To birth a new miracle through our hands,

Through our energies,

We can be in change and in balance at the same time.

This is the spiral of life.

This is the flower of life.

The interconnectedness of us as we're changing,

As we feel like we're falling,

We are still connected to source.

Source has you this whole time.

You're never disconnected.

You're unraveling two new connection points that you're ready for,

New ways of seeing the world,

New ways of seeing love,

New ways of seeing you and the relationships around you,

These new connections that will bring you to your brightest fullness,

Your highest potential,

Beckoning you to try something new,

To take that leap,

To jump that wave,

To hold on and believe that you can get through this,

That it may come crashing down on you and you will thrive through the new way of seeing,

The new way of loving,

The new way of being.

So let's open our hearts not only to ourselves but to everyone involved in our flower of life,

To the connections that we have among us and to those that are awaiting.

Let's open our hearts in love and know that any conflicts,

Any arguments,

Any grief,

Any chaos,

They're being resolved now and balancing out through the flame of love,

Finding harmony within this chaos and within the change to create new relationships,

Stronger relationships with ourselves and with others through the change of love,

Through this new delta point that raises us up and makes our glow stronger through our faith,

Through our persistence,

Through the power of embracing the now and choosing to see differently,

Choosing to act swiftly through the message of love,

Keeping our channels open to express in the way that we can new ways,

New ways of communicating that we haven't had to use before.

Not with a facade but with feeling that is raw and exposed,

Getting any weight off our chest,

Any stress off of our chest,

Speaking up with love,

Being heard with love,

Listening with love,

Communing in that moment with another with ourselves and the vibration of love.

As we feel this time circle around us,

Energy surround us,

The swirling of the mysteries of life and not knowing where it will take us but lighting the way to our next steps.

This light is not coming from without,

It is coming from within.

Let's use it to fuel our choices with love and know that through the darkness our deepest desires are achievable,

That through the light we are reminded that that light is being reflected from what is coming from our heart center,

That within each of us our wings to carry us forward above any challenges,

Above any strife because we hold the power that is the greatest power of all.

This pulsing through us,

Emanating from us,

Enveloping around us and holds us in its arms
