Becoming grounded and connected to your body when grieving and experiencing loss is one of the most important and healing practices you can do for yourself. In this meditation, you will experience a series of somatic practice to connect you deeper to your self and your body.
Leçon 2
Release Stored Emotions
In this meditation practice, you will move through 3 somatic practices to release any stored emotions. First, you will breathe with chest expansions to open the meridian of grief and sadness, next you will inhale and exhale words of light and relaxation with space for release, and finally you will connect and listen to your mind, body, and heart for guidance throughout your day.

Interoception For Mind And Body Communication And Connection
This meditation focuses on 3 somatic practices to connect and strengthen interoception, your "inner sense". You will experience vagal breathing to calm your nervous system, a squeeze and release body scan to practice the sensation of tension vs. relaxation, and finally you will be guided through creating interoception I AM statements for deep self-care.

Energetic Alignment And Exchange
In this meditation you will open, heal, and align your chakras, your energy centers, which is very important in times of grief and loss. This meditation also includes the practice of Metta, which raises the vibration of yourself, another, and the entire world through love and kindness.
Leçon 5
Finding You And Finding Signs In Loss And Grief
In the final meditation of this course, you will be guided through practices for finding YOU in grief and loss, both internally and externally. This meditation will close with setting an intention to be open to finding the signs within and around you that guide and support you through loss, grief, and life.
