You’ll learn how confidence grows through staying, how life reopens gently, and how fear loosens its grip when it is no longer obeyed. This is where permission returns, to go out, to stay, to live alongside healing.

Today in the final session, we bring everything together. Through a gentle guided walk, you’re invited to reflect on how far you’ve come, to release what no longer serves you, and to step forward with trust and compassion.
