This course is a gentle, in depth journey for anyone living with panic attacks, panic disorder, anxiety, or a nervous system that feels constantly on edge. If you experience sudden waves of fear, frightening physical sensations, or the feeling that your body turns against you, this course is here to meet you with understanding rather than force. Across nine guided sessions, you will learn what panic actually is, why it feels so intense in the body, and where it truly comes from. Together we gently unravel the mystery of panic, so it no longer feels frightening, unpredictable, or dangerous. You'll discover that panic is not a separate or mysterious state, but an umbrella name for a cluster of normal nervous system responses that have been learned through fear and memory. These responses are not dangerous or broken, just sensitised and a little out of sync. As you begin to understand what each sensation truly means, the nervous system starts to update itself. What was learned can gently be unlearned, and as understanding grows, the fear that once fuelled panic naturally begins to soften. This course is designed for long term healing, not quick fixes and rather than trying to stop panic through control or breathing alone, you will learn how to re regulate your nervous system by meeting panic with clarity, safety, and compassion. Step by step, you will learn how to stop mislabelling panic as danger, how to stay with sensations without fear, how to ground gently when panic appears, and how to rebuild trust with your body. You will also learn how fear becomes a learned habit in the nervous system, and how that habit can slowly and kindly be unlearned. Throughout the course, you are guided through nervous system understanding, grounding practices, soothing visualisations, and compassionate reflections that help your body remember how to feel safe again. There is no rushing here, no pressure and no exposure you are not ready for. Healing happens in small moments, and this course honours that. This course is created and guided by myself who has personally lived through panic attacks, anxiety, and recovery. Everything you are taught comes not only from my own clinical understanding, but from lived experience of what truly helps the nervous system heal. By the end of this course, you may still experience moments of fear, but you will no longer fear the fear itself. You will leave with a deep understanding of your body, a kinder relationship with panic, and the quiet confidence that when sensations arise, you know what they are and you know that you are safe. This is a course about safety, about patience and about long term healing.

We lay the foundations for the whole course, replacing mystery with clarity, and beginning to rebuild trust with your nervous system.

Today we explore how panic forms inside the nervous system. You’ll learn how fear travels through the body, why symptoms appear so suddenly, and how panic is created by a protective system that has learned to misfire. This session helps remove the fear of the sensations themselves by showing you exactly where they come from.

Branch - Meeting Panic Without Fighting It
Today you'll learn what to do when panic appears, without forcing, controlling, or battling your body. You’ll be guided through gentle ways to stop mislabelling panic as danger, to ground yourself, and to begin staying with the experience safely. This is where the pattern of panic first begins to soften.

Ground - Regulating The Nervous System In The Moment
Today is a calming, practical guide you can return to whenever panic rises. You’ll be guided through grounding, breathing, and reassurance to help your nervous system settle in real time. This becomes a place of safety you can carry with you, a way to steady yourself when you need support most.

Sap - Restoring The Relationship With Your Body
Today we move into deep rest and nourishment for the nervous system. This session is about allowing your body to soften, repair, and feel accompanied rather than managed. Through imagery and gentle presence, you begin restoring a kinder relationship with the part of you that has been working so hard to protect you.

Leaf - Understanding Fear And How Panic Becomes A Habit
Today we gently unravel what fear really is and how panic becomes learned over time. You’ll understand how memory, association, and avoidance shape panic, and why this means it can be unlearned. This brings relief, clarity, and the deep reassurance that nothing about you is broken.

Bud - Noticing Safety And Letting Life Return Gently
Today we begin to notice the first signs of healing. You’ll learn how to recognise small moments of safety, ease, and presence as your nervous system starts to update itself. This session shows you how healing happens quietly, in ordinary moments, as life slowly begins to open again.

Blossom - Letting Life Reopen Without Waiting for Panic to Disappear
Today we explore how you don’t need panic to be gone before you begin living again. You’ll learn how confidence grows through staying, how life reopens gently, and how fear loosens its grip when it is no longer obeyed. This is where permission returns, to go out, to stay, to live alongside healing.
Leçon 9
Bloom - Walking Home To Yourself
Today in the final session, we bring everything together. Through a gentle guided walk, you’re invited to reflect on how far you’ve come, to release what no longer serves you, and to step forward with trust and compassion. This closing is about confidence, self-love, and learning how to walk with yourself from safety rather than fear.
