Leçon 1
Beginning The Kundalini Journey
In the first session we will learn some of the basics of practicing Kundalini meditations. You will gain the tools of how we tune in for each session and how we end each meditation. You will also get a brief history of how these Kundalini meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan came to be.

Getting To Know Yourself Through Your Breath
The meditation in this session can be great for helping to see things clearly. It will give you an opportunity to polish the lens in which you see the world. When we can truly witness our patterns, habits and choices, and see them with a neutral mind, we can then let go of self-judgment and criticism and replace it with positive change.

Experience Your Strength
In this session with the help of our body we will experience self-authority through the strength of our spirit. This meditation helps to build a new life, full of energy, determination and vigor. It will awaken you to be challenged and also to experience victory.
Leçon 4
Enhancing A Calm Heart
Our meditation today is to drop us into a calm heart space, where we can let go of control and trust that we have the wisdom to ride the waves. This meditation is great for a heart that has recently been through some kind of loss and release. It is a wonderful way to come back to the ultimate love, which is self-love.
Leçon 5
Releasing Fear Of The Future
In this practice we are learning to trust in our self, trust in our resilience and our wisdom, and trust in our hearts and souls. When we live is a place of self-trust, fear is alleviated. This meditation is a powerful tool when dealing with fear or anxiety.

Kirtan Kriya - A Meditation For A Vital Brain
Kirtan Kriya is a foundational meditation in the Kundalini practice. This meditation is great for the brain and helping support it with longevity. This meditation can be done at any stage of life, it is like a general maintenance meditation, one that will serve you always. It is a wonderful meditation for brain hemisphere balance.

Healing Cold Depression
In this session we learn about what is meant by cold depression and we practice a meditation that was taught to help heal it. Cold depression is when we are cut off from our spirit, source, strength, and inner guidance. When experiencing cold depression you may have a deep sense of loneliness, a prevailing sense of anxiety, and a loss of meaning. Yogi Bhajan called this, “The Silence of the Soul.”
Leçon 8
Healing Addictions
One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is to be honest when self-reflecting. To be able to look at our self subjectively so that we can acknowledge where our deficits are and begin the journey to self-correct. If we are always playing the victim, then the only one who truly suffers is our self. Using this meditation, we can begin to correct addictions and habits that are not serving us.
Leçon 9
Living With An Open Heart
To trust and be fearless opens our life to opportunity. This meditation expands our natural state of existence by opening the heart and allowing it to shine. Living with an open heart does not mean that everything in life is perfect, it means that we do not shrivel back by life’s betrayals, but rather learn from life and continue to keep our heart open. This meditation supports us to live in this way.

Self-Love
In our last session we recap all that was shared in this course and I’ll leave you with inspiration about choosing a meditation to practice for 40 days. We end our course with what is possibly one of the most important elements of being human, learning to love yourself.
