Our blood is the frontier of our direct immune defense system. Blood is important in many ways. Of course, I can give you a complete technical story about how about blood is protecting our health and secures our immunity. As a biochemist, I love to do this but for this series of Podcast I decided not to take that path.

Immunity part 5 the blood our blood is the frontier of our direct immune defense system blood is important in many ways of course I can give you a complete technical story about how the blood is protecting our health and secures our immunity as a biochemist I love to do this but the series of podcasts I decided this time not to take that part and why not?

You are on internet and adding to more confusion in a period of turmoil just did not seem right to me if you want a complete technical story you're welcome to ask and I will recommend you many different books to read and movies to follow but I decided to give our blood another role in our immunity stories for this podcast an important role which makes you understand the way we live and need to take care of our blood in former podcasts I did talk about the lungs,

The digestive system and the muscles they are all very important parts which we can train we can feed,

We can nourish but how can we do the same with our blood first of all by the supply of oxygen that is an important source of life that the blood must carry all over our body to stay active and healthy by the use of breathing exercises we are able to support the functions of the blood,

Your breathing methods and mindset is able to bring the flow of oxygen in a more concentrated and useful form everywhere around in your body your blood is red which is also the color of passion fear,

Love and aggression red is the ultimate color of strong emotions and this is always the reason our blood symbolize the power of life in every way.

The power is important to maintain and improve sounds a bit strange of a biochemist to say that your blood and mind are strongly connected and you are able to influence your blood with your mind power.

The next thing you expect is magic but that's not possible and you know it.

Concentration is needed to learn to feel your blood flowing through your veins.

It's important to begin at the start of your bloodstream,

Your heart close your eyes and first focus on regular breathing if you want to know how then go to my YouTube movies where I show you the different methods concentrate on the beating of your heart and follow the pumping.

In the beginning it's not easy try to observe and not to influence it.

Just count the beats one by one and follow the rhythm.

Just only focus on your heart.

The next step is to feel your hands and feet.

Yet actually try to feel them without touching them.

After you did that you learn the beginning and the end of your bloodstream open your eyes and start swinging your arms like a windmill around first one arm and then both arms.

You feel the blood is moving to your fingers and some will even get a tickling in their hands.

Now we do the same kind of movement with the legs stand up and hold yourself strongly with your hands as we are going to move the legs.

The first move you make is to swing your left leg and hold yourself with your right hand.

You swing the leg first to the front and then to the back.

Just swing without force and it is not needed to go high.

The goal is that you swing it faster and faster and faster until you feel the same kind of tickling in your feet as what you felt in your hands.

After you did one side turn around and go to do the other start slow and move faster and faster until you feel that tickling effect.

Now you know the blood is moving consciously through your body and you understand how your blood actually flow through your veins.

With this exercise you also learn that the blood has a weight and can be manipulated by gravity.

This exercise is to show you that our blood contains heavy elements which can be forced to one side of the body by moving and directing.

In our blood we have a lot of iron which is responsible for transportation of oxygen.

Next we do is knee lifting.

First the left then the right and then the same movement again.

You start with a slow tempo and if it's possible you increase the speed up to a few minutes.

The heart starts to race and pumping and then you feel that the frequency of the blood is moving faster through your body and we speed up with the knee lifting.

A higher heart beat counts for stimulating blood flow and the ability for your blood to reach every part of your body.

Now we realize that a healthy blood stream is needed to stimulate a good immune system in every part of your body and these exercises prove that by moving you have the ability to control your blood to fight any disease with a healthy way of moving and living.

For a strong immune system blood has to move through your body like a river is cleaning its shores.

Blood must move to fulfill its important role of immunity and by moving your blood through exercise and concentration you become a master of your immunity.

It is a very simple way of thinking and now you know that you are actually can be in control of your blood and immunity by doing what is needed to keep it moving.

It is logical,
