Reprogramming for self-confidence.

You do not feel strong and confident in whatever you do.

You think people do not like you,

People consider you ugly or even stupid.

Whenever you go and get that feeling of this insecurity,

It plays an important role in your appearance and takes away the opportunities you should have.

Then let me start to change it.

Your first step is to work on your body language.

Body language never lies and is very hard to fake.

Your first move is to find the body moves that show confidence.

Go and stand in front of a mirror while listening to this podcast and follow every move step by step.

Are you ready?

Do you face the mirror now?

Start with looking into your own eyes.

Just look and say no word.

Let your eyes go down first to your shoulders,

Your left and your right.

Are they straight or a little bent over?

Are you leaning forwards?

Now bring both shoulders backward and your chest will come out.

If you have breasts,

Do not be shy.

You are alone and nobody is watching you now.

Keep these shoulders backward and now return to the chest.

Look at your chest.

Is it up or down if you have breasts are hanging up or hanging down?

It is time we face the reality of confidence and bring up that chest.

A proud person has a high chest and so should you have one.

Bring it up and hollow your back while standing straight.

If your breasts are pointing up and seems challenging others,

Don't care about it now.

Here we are in the first part of being proud to be here in this position,

Standing in front of a mirror and watching ourselves.

How do you feel now?

Feel a change of mind?

Now we look at the hips and bring them forward.

Bring these hips forward so your body becomes taller,

More straight and more positively proud.

The last part of your body exercise are your feet.

Look at how you stand.

Are your feet pointing straight forward or in another direction?

Put your feet in a way that both your toes pointing forwards.

Look in the mirror.

See,

You look like a military person.

Feet in position and proud to be there.

Now we finish the position with the head.

Lift up your chin a little and let it point forward.

It shows and feels a little bit like arrogance,

But I don't care about it.

Head straight,

Chin up,

Chest up and feet pointing forward and feel that you are the master of your own position now.

Here in front of that mirror you are somebody.

Hold this position.

Yes,

Force yourself during the next steps to keep standing like this and correct yourself even when you change and feel that the position is not good.

Keep this position.

The correction of your position all the time is very important.

Bring your hands behind your back and hold the wrist of the other arm.

You may change hands during this exercise,

But not the position.

Keep your eyes open.

Now we start focusing on your thoughts.

Your first thought is about the negative commands of your colleagues,

Your friends,

Your partners.

What do they say about you?

Open your mouth and say this negative thought loud.

Watch your body position.

It is not allowed to change even a little.

Make corrections immediately if needed.

Find two more of these commands and say them out light without changing your position.

Do you feel that now they hurt much lesser than they ever did before?

These remarks cannot hurt you when you are standing here so strong,

So proud.

They cannot touch you as when you are standing strong and feeling proud of your body.

It is now time that we program our mind as we did program our body.

Stand straight and look into your eyes in the mirror and say,

I am a soldier of my life and I will protect it.

I defend myself as I am proud of who I am.

This is me and I will make myself better and better.

You can beat my body,

But never touch my soul.

I am a defender and a soldier of my life and I'm proud of it.

It is important to memorize these sentences and say them out loud.

Soldiers are people who defend the country to protect others from harm.

Real soldiers have the honor to fight for the good cause only and you are just one of them.

You face the enemy with a positive mind and will not fear.

Your fear becomes the source of your power to make you stronger,

Give you energy to become better and better.

This is what you are and who you are now.

Look in the mirror and see that confidence is growing.

You should stand here every day and try again and again and you will gain power even in the hardest time.

And nothing is easy in life.

But you are determined to get yourself better and better,

Stronger and stronger.

Even it takes a long time.

Always keep in mind that in business or sport there is nobody with an overnight success.

Every success needs effort,

Time,

Energy.

Being stronger is the same.

It takes time and a lot of exercise to feel better and more confident.

Confidence can be trained and when you put your effort in every single day of the week you will rise and one day you will shine.

Shine as bright as your sun can be and you will make shadows that others can see.

Listen to this again and again until your power are so great that you remember all thy head and soul and reach your goal.
