This lecture is about immunity.
I separate the lectures in different parts,
Keep it short,
Clear and fast.
We all feel a need to understand immunity.
What is immunity and how does it work?
But also how can we make it stronger?
We have to separate immunity in different categories.
Our whole system is built in two parts.
First we have a defence system and second there is an internal immune system.
It is important to understand the difference between the systems and the reason why they have a different function but the same goal.
I will make a different lecture on each topic to keep it easy to understand.
Which categories do I refer to?
First,
That's the physical immunity which on its turn is separated in a different way than you are used to because it is.

I want to show you the reality of all the systems involved which are complete our immune system.
First of all it's the defence part.
Our skin is a very important line of defence which covers all of our body and is in direct contact with the environment.
The second is the lungs.
They take all the air that we need but with that air a lot of dangers are able to enter our body.
Number three,
The stomach is a defence in our food system and takes care of all we consume and digest.
And number four,
Our muscles are important in many ways and have a special function in our different defence systems.
They all support each other.
They interact with each other.
They are very important to work together.
And then the second big real immune system is our blood.
In internal defence operating systems we are really only operating inside our body.
Our skin must be in a good condition as it forms the main part of our contact with the outside world.
Skin is very important for many reasons but the defence is one of the major points.
An unhealthy or open skin is an open invitation to all kinds of pathogens which can then enter our body and test the internal immune system.
Hereby we may raise the question if body tattoo is healthy or unhealthy but the answer must be given that we still are not sure.
That as in the past tattoo art was small and only recently it did grow to a complete body covering art.
Why did I take this as a sample?
Simple,
You see the rise of tattoo artists all over the world and the amount of people who tattoo large parts of their body.
That's a question.
Is it that healthy?
The fact is that when large parts of the skin are covered with colours it's not able to convert vitamin D through sunlight.
Our skin should be kept in a good condition by taking care of it.
When we clean the skin it is important to use oil or other kinds of skin care products to enhance the nature of flexibility and powers of the skin.
The skin also must be kept in a good condition by being fed from the inside of the body.
To feed the skin in a healthy way the muscles must be in a good condition also.
In another lecture I will get back to that.
Muscles and veins bring blood to the skin which the needed food and oxygen that is supplied by the lungs.
Here you can see that every mentioned system is cooperating into one complete operation system of defence and immunity.
One cannot function without the other which also implies that the chain is as strong as the weakest link.
As the skin is our first line of defence you should take good care of it.
You have to take care of the cuts,
The pastures,
The bruises and so on.
The skin needs air to exchange with and you should expose it to the air as often as possible and as large surface as possible.
Some parts of your body hardly ever are exposed into the fresh air and are able to develop irritation or rashes due to humidity and heat.
These problems should be kept to a minimum by choosing the right clothing such as a natural product,
Cotton or bamboo which helps to reduce the wetness of the skin.
Observation of the skin can teach you a lot on what kind of health you have at that very moment and how strong is your immune system.
The lecture is too short to go over all the possible ways how to discover changes in health from improvement to decrease.
But I can assure you how that is a very interesting topic and it really worth your time to invest in it.
But one thing is important to mention and easy to find for everybody.
Watch the colour of your skin and the changes in colour.
For the start of different colourations over your skin,
Colour changes are a sign that something is going on inside the body.
The most important part of this observation is time.
How long does the colour change exist and stay?
If longer than a few days you better be careful and check other parts of the immune system as mentioned in this lecture.
Overall I can give you a fast conclusion.
The skin is a very important part of your defence system and should be taken good care of to secure yourself a strong immune system.
This is the end of this story,
