A short spoken meditation (8 mins) to help guide your body into softness to prepare yourself for sleep. This track has soft vocals and guitar as backing, as well as very subtle layers of binaural beats to help your brain let go and sink into deep sleep. This track does not guide you back to wakefulness but gently fades out the background music and vocals after the spoken guided meditation ends.
