Gentle music and soft, melodious hums to help you soften into sleep. This track starts with a short spoken guided meditation (8 mins) to prepare your body for sleep and to bring you into a state of deep relaxation. Afterwards, the track continues to play the soft guitar and background vocals, with subtle binaural beats layered beneath to help your brain fall into a fully relaxed state all night long. Finding yourself a comfortable nest,

A space where you can relax undisturbed and you can start to allow your body to drop down into the surface that's holding you.

Take your time to get comfortable,

Gathering any blankets and pillows that you might need and allowing your body to find its maximum comfort,

Even if you still feel a little tense,

A little holding.

Allow yourself to just soften as you are,

Without fighting or trying to change anything at all.

Starting to invite heaviness into the jaw,

Into the cheekbones.

Let the eyes within your eye socket sink down towards the ground.

Let yourself soften and deepen,

Knowing that you are held here,

That there's nothing more to resist or to fight and allowing even the confines of your mind to release any gripping.

Letting the texture of your mind and thoughts become silky and smooth,

Knowing and trusting that what is important will return when you need it and that now is a moment for deep rest,

Deep allowing and for letting go.

Give yourself permission just to be.

Start to notice your breath as it moves up and down.

Just start to observe this natural undulation of the body breathing all by itself.

Allow yourself to fall into that deep bliss,

That expanse that is always within you,

That part that exists even when we forget that it's there.

Even when all we can feel is the struggles of our mind and the tension of our body.

That place that always exists deep within.

Start to travel down deeper into yourself.

Notice the rhythm of breath coming in and going out without force.

Just allowing the breath to fall out of your body.

And when you reach the very bottom,

Allowing the breath to fall in again.

Filling and emptying so that you feel this soft cycle of your breath.

The body breathing you.
