This body scan is a gentle rotation of consciousness through various body parts and organs. It is an awareness meditation to invite deep rest, space, and relaxation in the body. We focus attention around the body, including bringing awareness into the heart space, the pineal gland, and the third eye centre. The practice ends without guidance back to the body, so it is perfect to do before bed or sleep. If you want to continue with your day afterwards you may wish to set an alarm.
