Dr. Tia H. Ho of Finding Mindful Now leads courses, forest walk experiences, coaching programs, and writes weekly about integrating mindfulness, wellness and nature connection. She works with sensitive, growth-focused anxiety sufferers to use supports to stabilize their nervous system while they see through their limited beliefs. Dr. Tia has a PhD in Urban Studies with a dual focus on community development and community health, a Masters in Science Teaching and a more than 2 decade meditation practice.
